Way less frequent night sweating, and a great year round comforter!
I’ve been using this comforter, with Buffy’s Eucalyptus Duvet Cover for about a year now, and it’s probably the best combination I’ve found so far.For people who deal with sweating a lot at night, this is a great comforter. No it’s not light, and not very “breathable”, but the cool sensation makes up for all of that. Don’t let the negative reviews stop you from at least trying it out.I still get night sweats, a comforter isn’t going to fix that issue, but it’s a lot more comfortable and a lot less frequent with this. Also it’s great year round, I live where winters are freezing and summers get super hot and the Buffy comforter, with the eucalyptus cover hasn’t let me down yet!

This Could Save Your Marriage
We started with the Sheets and Giggles duvet. Even though we have air conditioning, it just doesn’t get cold enough at night for that to be pleasant in the summertime. If your bedroom doesn’t get below 68, or your a hot sleeper, it is just too warm. (We don’t have a memory foam mattress, so our bed sleeps cooler than many….)When it’s hitting 100s during the day and the a/c just can’t get your room cool enough (without breaking the bank or the power grid) we love the Buffy Breeze. It has a surprisingly sleep-inducing “weight” while being the most breathable thing I’ve ever heard of. It feels “heavy” but never hot. It’s so thin looking, you think it won’t have enough substance to feel cozy, but it surprises you.The Buffy Breeze isn’t quite warm enough once the winter temperatures hit. And that’s when we switch back to sheets and giggles. It felt like a splurge to have two comforters, but it was the best decision we ever made. We use the Buffy Breeze through September, then switch. Since their both duvet inserts, it’s easy to pull one out and stick the other into whatever duvet cover suits you (and if your a hot-sleeping southerner, check out the Night Sweats duvet covers at Peach Skin Sheets for some soft and super breathable options-made in Atlanta!)If you sleep on a memory foam mattress, or the dog sleeps in the bed, or you run your heat a little warmer than we like it, you may never need the warmer one. But you definitely need this one if you want a night of uninterrupted sleep!(If you want to know how it could save your marriage, check out “Sharing the Covers,” a book about how sleeping with a partner affects your rest…and what can help!)

The best for hot sleepers
I’ve gotten two of these. The first comforter I’ve had that really made a difference. It never feels stuffy or humid underneath. I’ve tried wool, silk, down, they all tend to collect the your body heat and end up too warm/humid under. This one keeps keeps in some warm, it isn’t like having no blanket, but having just enough. There is usually a fan pointed at my body as well, it blocks the direct air from hitting me, but you can still kind of feel the airflow underneath. Now having said that, the material changes very quickly with washing. It starts out crisp, like a dress shirt almost, after one wash it turned more “relaxed” more like a quality older sheet. It didn’t bother me, I preferred the crispness, but was fine with the “softer” touch. I think I messed up something on the second wash though, the insides got way more bunched up, it was still usable, but not as nice. I ended up replacing it and haven’t washed the new one at all.

Great Quilt
This is a great quilt ; it is also warm with some weight to it in colder nights- and light enough on hot temperature nights…We are very happy with this item

Favorite purchase from quarantine!
What can I say, this comforter is the real deal! I've always struggled with comforters, my temp ranges from too hot when it's on, until I throw it off and then often become cold in the night. Not with the Breeze though, it has been absolutely perfect on the chilly & mid-temp nights, and it has held up perfectly in these recent hot nights as well, especially with a fan or light AC breeze.I have their duvet cover as well, and while it takes away some of the cooling effect of the Breeze, I love the style, color, and look on my bed, and coupled with a light breeze, I have been sleeping perfectly through the night!Absolutely love the Breeze, and have now got some other Buffy products too which I have also liked! Love that I found this company, and definitely recommend, it's made my nights and mornings much better recently!

Especially perfect for this weather
This purchase was such great timing!! It's just getting to be warm enough where I can turn the heater off but not warm enough to justify turning the AC on, so this is perfectttt for this in-between weather! I am just the right temperature all night, so cozy, and not waking up with sweaty bedhead which we love. I'm thinking this will really let me put off turning the AC on for a while, but we'll see?? I do wish there were more options for colors, but I can add pops of color to my room in other ways. Overall, a worthwhile purchase!

Not light by any means, but that's a huge plus!
At first we were bit reluctant for this to be our comforter as it's quite heavy - not thick, but heavy (we are used to down filled comforters) but after a night or two of using this, both my wife and I love it.We tend to miss it when we travel! We are very happy with our purchase!
