Professional Lemon Pastry/Dessert Filling (2 lb bag)

This is my go-to filling. Cupcakes, lemon bars - you name it. Perfect, balanced flavor!

Flavor is excellent, no added products, natural. I use to buy from cake supplies store ( they closed). I have been trying to order on line , but now I can get it from Amazon. The best filling for your desserts.

I enjoy the flavor, ease of use and the affordable price. I mostly use this filling in my cakes.

I used this filling in my cup cakes for my wedding and I loved them and so did the groom who only requested lemon cupcakes with lemon filling. Our guests all enjoyed it as well. I would recomend them to any one who wants this as a cake or cupcake filler. It tastes like the lemon filling you get in a lemon filled doughnut.
