I loved these stairs when we first got them - they were perfect for my corgi to get on our bed. However, over time the foam has collapsed on the 2 middle steps so that he seems to be losing his footing when going up/down. It's understandable that they might break down over time, but for $80+ and only 2 years worth of use, I feel they should be a little better/last longer.

This is the cheapest device made - cut foam with a cover - but it works SO well. I wonder if anyone else had my experience: it arrived, I assembled it and showed and taught my dog how it works. She didn't want anything to do with it. So it just sat there unused for a couple weeks... until she got tired of not being able to access the bed when i wasn't home. One day I came home and she was running up & down the thing. Success!

Solid but lightweight for 11.5 pound dog. Took a couple of days for her to get into the habit of going up and down, to feel comfortable doing the steps. Now a few weeks into it she appears to be confident and especially swift going up, down a bit more cautious. Yes I am pleased to see how well this has worked out, hopefully, relieving pressure on her joints. Haven’t washed it yet and do wonder how easy it will be to get the cover back on, as long as it doesn’t shrink. The zipper closures are clever. Neat design.

As mentioned in the headline, the concept of this product makes sense. It comes folded up which is super easy to assemble via just folding one part over and zipping it together. The size of the product is fairly skinny, so the likelihood of it tipping over I'd say is a little higher than anticipated, but that's my fault for not double checking the width when purchasing. The major downside to this product is the fabric they have decided to include on the bottom. It's made of a cross haired, shiny surface that makes for almost a slick traction - which makes zero sense. Whether it be hardwood floors, or even carpet, for this price a consumer should get something that has some capabilities of keeping the unit stable when pets go up and down it. We ended up purchasing after market stick pads for the bottom, that work great, but its frustrating that this doesn't already exist on the original unit.

so happy with these stairs! they are cushioned yet sturdy and already my 13.5 yr. old cat can go up & down the bed easily without jumping! the fabric matched perfectly with my chair. i will order another set of stair for my couch area soon. highly recommend!

My dog loves the stairs! She’s a small dog, nine years old, and she learned so quickly to use the stairs when getting up on the bed. I can also easily use my handheld vacuum on them. Great purchase.

Super easy to put together. You just unfold and zip. My 4 lb Chihuahua learned to use it right away to get up and down off my bed.

It is easy to assemble. The soft steps took a while for my dog to get used to, but they are safe and sturdy.
