First, for the price this is an amazing patio set, and exactly what I was looking for to fit under our deck.We had a few problems assembling .. a couple of the bolts had problems “catching” but overall we were able to assemble the full set in a couple hours.I love that the table is taller, makes it nice to sit around for a meal.The seat cushions are a little thin, and leave definite butt impressions where you’ve been sitting. So far I’ve been able to remedy this by flipping the cushions, but I may try to put some sturdier foam in them. The plus is that the cushions all have a zipper, so the covers can be washed, and the foam can be replaced. The minus is that he cushions are such a unique size, it is impossible to find a reasonably priced replacement cushion.Overall, I am very happy with the set, and have received many compliments!

We bought this article in summer 2020. While assembling the furniture, the sturdiness and quality seemed to be not too good. We only used the furniture a few times last year. After not even 10 months, the top of the rattan on one side of the couch was completely ripped and fell apart. After contacting the customer service and long waiting periods incl. many reminder, they send me a video instruction and want me to fix the rattan myself as well as offered a $30 refund, when half of the item ($664) is broken. I sent in pictures of the broken piece and it should have been very clear that the rattan is not fixable. Overall the quality of the product as well as the customer service is really bad and I highly recommend not buying this product!!!

This patio set is just what we were looking for! It's beautiful, sturdy, and seems to be good quality. The cushions are comfortable and it is very roomy. Our only issue was with shipping, which is why I only gave it 4 stars. It took a few weeks for the item to ship and then the local shipping branch didn't receive all three boxes at the same time, so that added to the delay. Also the table came damaged, but I contacted the seller and they will be replacing it. Customer service was excellent and I always a reply by the next business day.Assembly was fairly quick, it took us maybe two hours to put together and we had no trouble at all. Pieces were packaged well and the directions were easy to follow.For the price and the quality you really can't go wrong with this set. I would highly recommend it!

I love this set! It gave us a space that feels amazing on our back patio. In fact, this set has people on zoom asking where I am at because it looks so luxurious. My new favorite room isn't even inside :) It did take 2 of us to put it together. I was surprised there wasn't a hole for an umbrella in the table either. We ended up using an old patio table with an umbrella to be in front of the sectional. Then we used the table from this set nearby, with chairs around it as the game and outdoor dining table. It all worked out beautifully! We really love the set and it is much sturdier than we expected for such an amazing price. I like that it is reinforced so well. I think it will last for many years to come and would definitely buy this again.

Not worth it too hard to put together nothing lines up so the screws cut the plastic children’s stickers on it I have no skin on my thumb now due to trying to screw in the Allen screws which are cheap very dissatisfied

Like another reviewer below, we are suffering from the same cracking wicker, especially around stress points like curves and corners. All three pieces have broken wicker strands after barely 2 seasons. It is not easy to fix, if at all (super glue and color-matched replacement wicker strands are likely needed). I suspect the culprit is the use of Low-Density PE vs. High Density PE used in higher quality wicker furniture. UV, moisture, and temperature elements are not kind (although we live in a moderate temperature area). If I had known what I know now, I would have been more careful selecting a product with stronger/more durable materials.

Really liked this set initially. Putting it together was probably a little tougher than I wanted it to be, but overall it felt solid once it was together. The problem is, from my experience and seeing other reviews, it has about a 2 year lifetime. For the price, this is not a good value. It's not like it unraveled in just one place. Every part of it is falling apart. This spent a lot of time in the shade on the deck.

Love this set for the reasonable price that we paid. I happened to stumble across this set while it was on sale a couple of weeks ago. It looks nice and is comfortable. My husband put it together, but he used a drill rather than just the Allen wrench that was provided. Overall, we are very satisfied with this purchase. And yes, it was delivered in 3 separate boxes and arrived on 3 different days. For the price, I definitely recommend!
