Q: Does wheat bran contain whey or casein?

Whey is a dairy byproduct. Wheat is a grain that grows in the fields. Cows eat wheat. Wheat does not consume cows. I can't imagine any way whey could get into wheat. Similarly, casein is a dairy protein. I can't imagine any way casein could get into wheat.

Unprocessed. Very delicious when eaten naturally.

The $9.59 price does not show for me, so I can't answer your question with confidence. My menu shows five options, none the price you described. I bought the 64 oz. pack of one, and I received, in ONE box FOUR packs of bran containing ONE pound each. That was the cheapest per ounce, so that's what I bought. I think you should be able to assume that if the headline says 16 oz. for the option you click on, then you will get 16 oz. It may be TWO packs of 8 oz. each, or ONE pack with 16 oz. Yes, these folks could be clearer with their descriptions.

As far as I know, this is pure unadulterated wheat bran. I find it perfect, fresh, and I order it over and over.
