Been taking these Aloe Vera capsules for a few weeks now and I'm really happy with them. They're easy to swallow and seem to be helping with my occasional digestive discomfort. This is the first using aloe vera. I feel like it is working already. I've had stomach issues my whole life but I can really tell a extreme difference.

Made me feel ill the 4 times I tried. Did further research and not good to take if have Electrolyte issues or Digestive issues as can exacerbate symptoms and Lower Potassium thus causing a number of issues with that including muscle cramps, arrhythmias, fluctuations in blood pressure & heart rate.I have POTS so perhaps not a wise choice for POTS or patients with chronic Lymes

I use this for health purposes, as a supplement, along with other herbs, and it seems to work.
