Great tool. Great price.
If you can't afford an impact wrench I recommend getting this tool. In fact I recommend getting this tool regardless.

Works great after use of a grinder
As others have noted, the 'teeth' that hold the clutch basket are too thick for most applications. I had to grind them down to fit the basket on my Tiger 800. After doing so, it worked just fine. You only need to make it tight enough to stay in the slots of the basket. If you have to squeeze the handles together with any force you're using the tool wrong. This also worked on my old Royal Enfields.

Worked great for my 1978 RM250C clutch hub
Used it on my 1978 RM250C. No mods required. Held the clutch basket firmly, and I easily loosened the clutch hub nut. I tried a chain style vise grip and that slipped under the pressure and even started to dig into the clutch parts, so I had to give in and buy the right tool. This was it for me. Hope it works on my primary gear and nut, and any other bikes I might need it for (1983 GL1100 - complete engine tear-down).

Used on 1997 Yamaha XJ 600
I used this tool on a 1997 yamaha xj 600 seca 2. It worked well and held the clutch basket as I loosened the clutch boss nut. I also used it to tighten and torque the clutch boss nut, Also tightened and torqued primary drive gear nut and used this tool to hold the clutch basket as I torqued. It did what I wanted it to do and what I needed it to do.

It worked well
Used this on a Yamaha TTR125. Had no issues holding the inner clutch basket. You only need to tighten it enough to fit into the teeth and prevent the clutch basket from moving. Even though it works like vise grips, do not clamp it down tight like vise grips. Just as good as others out there on the market, just need to be smarter than the tool.

Some modification required
Depending on the size of the groove in your clutch basket you may want to grind the lead angle of this tool to get a better bite. After a little grinder love the tool stay in place while I torque the nut 108 ft lbs. I don't know what the stretch rating is for unless it is the opening width. The jaws open plenty wide.
