I have this for a long time now. It still hold its self pretty good. It's really heavy if you are trying to setup it alone, but I manage. The build quality is good and durable.

I would say definitely don’t expect the same quality as wooden dummies that sell for twice as much, but this one definitely serves its purpose and if you’re on a budget I would definitely recommend it.

It's a five star because, the assembly instructions are spot on...the overall product is durable; I've been practicing Wing Chun on it every other day...and the price is very decent compared to other merchants!

This is a fantastic wing chun wooden dummy for the price. It comes with basic hardware and visual guide for setup, 2 pads and a dvd (will only work on a laptop) it is constructed of solid elm wood.Very easy to practice form and technique, will need reinforcing for power strikes or upwards of 165lbs.Highly recommended. Extremely fast delivery from California.

Be careful when assembling the main center piece. I initially put it on backwards and the leg is only designed to face one way. Very heavy and pain to take off and reverse. Would have been nice to have a warning in the instructions! Once assembled has been great. Happy with the purchase.

The media could not be loaded. I train in a few different systems, and the dummy is great for Wing Chun as well as functioning as a makiwara for toughening the striking surfaces of the fist and hands. I think a wall mounted dummy would feel better for striking but I don’t really have a good wall space to mount it in my home, so I weighted down the stand with sandbags which helped a lot. The dummy has some cosmetic flaws and cracks but nothing fatal, and I anticipate I will be able to enjoy using the dummy for years to come.

Knowledge is an investment, practice makes perfect. It’s worth it for the price point.Found a fracture in one of the “stabilizer” legs not enough to cry about.
