Very intriguing
Quality was perfect, really sweet, does clump a little on the bottle of your blender bottle but if your into fitness then I recommend you get it

Pre workout
Great pre workout. Gives me the energy to complete my workout. I mainly lift and light cardio.

GNC Cheaping Out As Usual
If you’re a long time user, you probably noticed the formula change from V1 to V2 was a downer after they removed Nitrosigine. Well, it’s back in LIT AF but they silently increased the scoop size, left the can the same, and increased the price. The result? 20 servings for your $50 compared to the 30 you used to get for $40-44. Is the pump better than V2? Sure. But this greed move is no dice. I love the gummy worms, but I’ll be looking for a new product that fits the bill - absolutely ridiculous.

Pre-Workout Itch
The flavor is bearable. It took a bit to get used to but this is the first prework out I tried so I’d say it’s okay. It does give me a lot of energy but I get bad itching for the first 30 min to an hour. Ran out of product pretty quick too. The container came in like half full but I was told that’s how most pre-workout products are. Overall 4/5 cause it got the job done but with a few inconveniences.

Love it
Love this flavor and hope it helps me with my workout. After working 10 plus hours then going to the gym, this keeps me on track. It doesn't mess with my stomach at all either.
