I brought this book to help develop my spiritual understanding and practice - I got a lot more though!In over 580 pages the book is packed with incredible knowledge, quotes, stories, diagrams and metaphors.This book advances both scientific and spiritual understanding. Where ancient Arabic text is referenced to demonstrate points, it follows with clear and inspirational English translations and application.The use of small colourful pictures to bring complex-concepts to life is excellent for visual learners. I love the diagrams.It's a powerful book; educational and full of learning that can be easily used in all aspects of life, family and work. It is rich in guidance. Worth re-reading to help protect and perfect self-behaviour and character.It is one of the best books I’ve ever purchased and I have already ordered another book from the same author!
