Backstory: Child with a medical condition which causes insomnia. I have tried every variation of melatonin. This one works the best Ive seen with my son. He enjoys taking them, he is also vegan so thats a plus. They work with in 30-one hour on my son. He finally gets the rest he needs for school. Would recommend to any one who has tried the liquid/pill form to no avail. I don't know what they do. This will be a regular purchase for me in the future. Thanks. 10/10

I love these melatonin gummies. A bigger gm amount made me the drowsy the next day so I tried one for kids at 2 gms melatonin. I’m sleeping much better, going back to sleep after midnight trips outside with my dog and waking up next morning without drowsiness.

This is a nice product that I take about an hour before laying down. Much less expensive than the popular brand that is 2-times the cost.

I like that the mg is smaller because you're not supposed to take a lot of melatonin. it's delicious and love that it's vegan!
