Hiland Hybrid Bike Steel 700C for Men Shimano 14 Speed Bike Black 54cm

I knew judging by reviews, that we rolled the dice a bit when we bought this bike. But it was during lockdown and we didn't want to go out to stores bike shopping. After assembling it, it became pretty clear there were some issues. The front tire wouldn't stay in place, the gears hopped around considerably. We had to wait a little while until it was safe but brought it down the road to our a neighbor who repairs and rebuilds bikes. He pointed out that the front forks were bent, the frame in the back was bent, the gear shifter was bent inward, hence the gear problems. He also said the overall materials and craftsmanship was terrible. Oops, shame on me I guess. We returned and thankfully in time to receive a refund, which we put toward a quality local used bike. Whew, just happy we got our money back!

The bike seemed pretty nice when it arrived, but while I was unpacking the bike I found that the right hand brake was totally damaged plus the back wheel was smashed it looks from the shipping. I took to a bike shop so they can help me assembly the bike so I totally wasted my money buying the bike and paying for this. I was really excited about this bike but unfortunately got back kick. Think twice before you make this purchase please!!!

Was not the easiest to put together with very vague directions.

This bikes installation is a pain in the rear, I had to consult with 3 people and finally gave up. The website description is inaccurate and this is not a diy project, i thought I paid for assembly but it keep in pieces. Customer service during cold is a pain as well as there is no one available on the phone to assist you?

Bike frame broke on 215# guy, used it 3 times and the frame broke and I fell down. Frame broke and tires shredded. Amazon returned it within 30 days but then rejected the refund due to the fact we returned it broken. Not cool

Incomplete, missing the seat & seat spot.
