The media could not be loaded. First time using it. So far the product is excellent. Everything works great. Excellent value for the money. It’s a bit small for ten pounds of meat, but we are big eaters. There’s a function to turn the heat up or down. Make sure to always shape the meat like a cone with the thinner end at the bottom for even cooking. The unit itself does not get too hot which is safe. We are definitely glad that we purchased it and hope it continues to work like it should. The amount of chicken in the picture took almost 1:45 to cook through. This is with shaving the meat down.

Hope it lasts. Tried it the minute it arrived! It worked fine. Actually, the food tasted great! Didn't have money to invest in the $500-$4,000 machines. This one was acceptable for the money. Cute machine. Appreciate the price. Wanted a different way to enjoy dinner. Everything tasted and smelled yummy :) and it's more convenient than propane.

It seems to work fine, however the wiring is located directly under the drip pan. I found out the hard way by not constantly checking. So midway through attempting to cook my gyro meat the unit shorted out. So it ended up in the trash. I intend to spend the extra money and purchase a higher quality unit in the future. So if you decide to purchase this unit, keep a close eye on your drippings and, or put something under the drip pan to keep liquids from entering the compartment below it.

If your looking for a good vertical broiler this is the one. Easy to use and cooks up food good. Only problem was the breakers would sometimes trip but it has only happened once out of 4 uses cause of the power load.

The product works very well but requires a special circuit because it draws a lot of power. It kept tripping our breakers on multiple occasions.

I bought this for my son for his birthday. It was a little more than I wanted to spend but it was totally worth it in terms of satisfaction and delicious meals. I can’t think of a gift he’s enjoyed more in his entire life and that includes that Nintendo 64 we bought him in the 80s.

Instructions were sparce so look at youtube videos for good tips on using. Grease tray is a little small, but unit worked with no problems.
