KonoLightweight Suitcase Hand Luggage Polypropylene Hard Shell Travel Trolley

We bought this for my daughter as she was going away on a trip with the school. I loved the fact that there was a zip covering for the top part of the suitcase to keep the clothes in one place, whilst still having the secure straps for the bottom half.The only thing I would comment on for the straps is that they are adjustable.Given the amount of stuff my daughter took away, this wasn’t too much of a problem but just something to bear in mind.Suitcase is lovely and light, easy to steer with the four wheels and great value for money.All in all, great size case for what we needed, great quality and would definitely recommend.

Really pleased with this. Matches my other Kono cases. No security lock though. Appears to be good quality - time & use will tell. Fits well on cabin bag for ease of transporting & ideal for fitting all your travel essentials in. Plenty of room inside - more roomy than expected. Secure zip pocket for passport, currency & boarding passes with storage underneath. Will take my iPad, headphones & book along with any liquids if necessary. Can’t wait to use it properly. Good price too! Very happy with purchase.

I had some issues with my luggage that turned out to break in places during my first trip but Kono respected its guarantee and offered a full refund. My girlfriend did not have the same issue as me with hers so I may just have been unlucky.

A great looking and practical sized suitcase. Very lightweight and easy to handle. The four wheels on the base means you can roll the case along rather than carry it and the top handle means you can lift it easily when storing. Very tough too. Used for train journeys and it had other cases stacked on top sometimes during the journey but it sustained no damage and kept its shape. Thoroughly recommend this suitcase.

I have been using this suitcase for the past two years and unfortunately the handle got suck - not really sure why. Anyway, I contacted the seller and after two years they were happy to help and offered me a new suitcase. I received the new suitcase within 3days of messaging them!! They have amazing staff working for them and the do uphold their warranty… PLUSSS this suitcase is a must have due to it being light weight and very easy to move around with. I have packed so many things and sometimes overpacked and it has still maintained its quality. Compared to other suitcases the rigid parts os its skin helps as it makes them scratch proof. Overall recommend bcs its an excellent product and even excellent service !! xx

Ordered this medium sized case for business trips, to replace my old faithful that my ex wife took!!Recently took this case on a seven day business trip including a couple of international flights. It’s light weight but sturdy, and easily had space to take five days worth of business attire, plus more casual wear for evenings, gym kit, etc etc.The four independent wheels make it an absolute breeze to wheel along and manoeuvre. The handle extends to a couple of different heights, so should be ideal if you’re short or tall.So far it’s been through four sets of international airport baggage handling, without a mark on it. The external zips are big and sturdy. The internal ones less so, but they don’t need to be. Certainly no problems there.The only slight downside is that the internal straps on one half of the case (the other half has a zipped cover), are not elasticated, but they are adjustable, so the straps can be made nice and tight. Certainly not worth losing a star over.Overall, super impressed at the quality, sturdiness, ease of manoeuvring, load capacity and the style. Recommended.Note - it’s medium size so NOT cabin baggage. It’s checked bag size.

Good quality and good look beautiful

I admit I thought this was a Japanese brand, didn't realise it was Chinese, I bought this as a Go bag as I used to have to spend a lot of time in and out of the hospital following my transplant. Often I make the mistake of packing too light with just the basics, since I don't really want to spend any length of time in the hospital, and then what was supposed to be an overnight stay, turns into several weeks or more than a month.I had thought with this bag I could pack more stuff and it would be lighter and more effective with the hardened structure and lightweight materials.Firstly the external hard case is easily scratched, the catch is cumbersome and would have done better with just a zip, there are no external pockets and the pockets inside are counter intuitive, basically you put stuff in the top zip it up and then can access another compartment in the bottom, but this means when you pick it up and flip the lid because there is a compartment in the top, the whole suitcase flips up.I far prefer my old smaller suitcase, I can get more in it, it has pockets, it is made of cloth and I don't put my back out lifting it.The light structure is misleading, although the solid casing might create the illusion of being lighter, lifting it up I can feel my back go into spasm. Really not a good design and very disappointing overall.Best feature on this case is the wheels, very nice and smooth handling, but, the handle often sticks and there is no brake on the wheels so if it is next to your hospital bed and it gets knocked it glides along the floor far away from your bed, it like you doesn't want to be there.
