Mix into cakes, pastries & puddings. Made from organically grown fruit. This Sicilian Lemon Peel is lightly candied with glucose syrup (corn-based) and are chopped into roughly half centimetre or less cubes. This makes them ideal for adding to celebration cakes, scones & sweet bakes. You can mix the Lemon Peel with Orange Peel to make mixed peel for adding to Christmas and Easter Simnel Cakes.
