Does it really work?
It has a slightly weird flavor. It is a little hard to swallow and the capsules are big. I’ve been taking this for two months now still waiting to see any improvement or any differences to my pcos.

Taking for PCOS
Not sure if it is working yet, have been taking daily for a few weeks for PCOS. I was having non-stop spotting and I am not spotting anymore, so that's promising. I don't like having to take a ton of pills at a time, so I take one in the morning and one at night. The balance of Vitex (aka the Chaste berry) and Maca (an aphrodisiac) keeps the libido healthy.

I like that it supports ovary health and that it helps fertility. It really helps. I've been taking it a month now and just refilled what I needed

Improved moved, longer periods
My SO has 2 days a month where it is very difficult for her to be around me or anyone else. She is exhausted, headache, body aches, and very irritable (her words, not mine). She had heard that Chasteberry helps with this and wanted to try it. She’s been taking one capsule every day for three months. She’s found that her mood is improved the entire month with almost no PMS symptoms. Her periods have started going for up to nine days unfortunately since starting this. She’s adding on DHEA to see if it will help balance everything out. Otherwise, she feels it is a definite value to ease some pretty rough days.

Wife had good results.
My wife has had a good experience taking these and a different brand so there might be something to it. We understand it could be the placebo effect but she really felt a difference while taking and when not taking she felt worse. Either way, it was well tolerated by her with nothing negative to report.5 stars!
