Amazon's web pages need to accurately reflect what is being offered.
I ordered size 10 UK. What I got was size 43 Euro which is a 9 UK. The cross reference chart published by Amazon shows it should have been 44. Amazon ordered 43 from the supplier. Amazon's error without question. The ability to interact with Amazon on a human to human basis is severely compromised these days and their efficiency and reliability has declined markedly. Once great, now not so much and I must have second thoughts. I repeat this is Aamzon's problem. The shoes though the wrong size looked like the shoes I wanted but this is like giving me a hammer when I asked for a screwdriver, the database does not contain the right comparative size data or the app that calculates sizes is flawed. Just give me the choice to select either euro sizes or UK sizes but identify which is native. To make matters worse on going back to buy again, the supplier had changed but the underlying data had not. Once again Amzon ordered 43 when I ordered 10. I tried to head this off with Amazon chat to no avail as their chat system is horribly flawed and succesfully does what it sets out to do. That is stop human interaction. It does this most effectively just when you need the opposite outcome. Grrrr! Their chat system had a catastrophic worldwide failure. Do I believe that? No, Amazon had a failure of system design. They do not learn from mistakes and experience. I am more than fed up.
