I love these because they come with the choline supplement, and they don’t cause nausea for me. You would think all prenatals would have choline in them, or at least the option, but they don’t. Amazon has the most competitive price I’ve found too.Edit 3/5/25: I took these with my pregnancy in 2022 and again in 2024. I’m still EBF my four month old, so I a confining with choline supplementation. I have this set up as subscribe and save. The last choline bottle I got has the nastiest fish taste and odor!! It’s so bad!! I can still taste it for up to 30 minutes after I swallow the pill. Might be time to cancel my subscription.

I tried a few different prenatal vitamins and found this one to be the best. There isn’t an after taste, weird smell, sweetener (looking at gummy vitamins), and it actually had everything except omegas from fish oil in it. I liked the 2 step pills after doing research that choline is super important for pregnancy and most prenatals have so little. The gels are gentle on my stomach which I also appreciate because I have had issues with nausea taking multivitamins in the past. I had one batch come where the gel pills were stuck together and useless but contacted Amazon and got a refund.

They’re almost perfect! These have all the important ingredients you need for the development of your baby. Only downside is the omega vitamin has a fishy taste which made it difficult to take in the first trimester. Also if you have a hard time taking large pills, you might want to consider something else.

I think this is my third purchase of this particular prenatal with choline, and I love the new design! While TTC (Trying To Conceive), my husband and I have been using the couple's pack. I've done a lot of research regarding prenatals (which a friend recommended I start taking ASAP if TTC) and this one rivals others that cost 2, 3, or more times the price and only contain 30 days. This one has vitamins and minerals that other brands leave out, but are very important, such as 800mcg of Folate, DHA, iron, biotin, and choline, which supports brain function. As someone who has had anaemia and vitamin deficiencies, in combination with a very sensitive stomach and chronic nausea, I absolutely love this prenatal combo. As with any supplement, consulting your OBGYN is preferable to relying on reviews, but I have not had any issues with upset stomach or gross burps. I'm also very impressed with the quality of the soft gel capsules- I can put them into a 30 day medication organizer without worrying about them getting all squishy from contact with air. While the size does not bother me, they might be large for those not used to taking larger capsules. Still, I think that the soft gel goes down more easily without getting a fishy or other unpleasant taste in your mouth or throat.

These prenatals have the best ingredients I've found, but they make me nauseous so I take them before bed. Additionally they arrive sealed, but with some pills oozing out their contents. This is smelly and messy, it coats all the other pills and the inside of the bottle with an oily yellow liquid that is extra gross when you're already not feeling well. I throw away the split pills, so you don't get the full count either.

Easy to swallow and really complete ingredients, I investigated a lot into how much I need of each component and this one is one of the more complete in the market.

These pills are amazing, have all the vitamins needed and they are listed as top one recommended by few doctors.However, I’ve been getting them throughout my pregnancy and it’s a gamble whether or not you get a smelly batch.It seems as though every other batch one of the red capsules arrives broken and it stinks the whole bottle of this very fishy smell. It’s hard enough to be pregnant and nauseous all the time and if you add the taste of raw fish to them, it’s absolutely terrible, I find myself gagging all the time.Make sure you chase them with something right away and hold your breath for a few seconds. :/
