Taste Of Thai Noodle Rice gluten free Extra wide, 16 oz (Pack of 2)

These rice noodles tasted fine in my Drunken Noodle recipe. I liked the larger width. I couldn’t find wider rice noodles in any of my local grocery stores. I recently found that my local Target carries the same brand, but in a medium width and for half the cost of these noodles.

I paid 8.00 for these "extra wide" noodles noted in the description. The package says "fettuccini". Made me suspicious so I checked with Taste of Thai and they confirmed these are NOT their product. Wouldn't you know these are not returnable. Ugh!

Wasn’t what was listed/puctured. It says it’s just “wide” noodles and NOT the extra wide type that drinker noodles(pad kee mow) noodle dish typically contains, which is the only reason I ordered this. Maybe I received the wrong thing but not worth the trouble to refund/reorder to find out again.

Paid $8 a package for these. Kroger has them for $2.49. "Extra wide" Taste of Thai noodles are 10 mm wide, as opposed to Taste of Thai straight cut "regular" noodles that are 5 mm wide. Not a noticeable difference, IMHO.Other than their not being as wide as I was expecting, the noodles are wonderful in recipes!

I am a major thai food eater like I will literally ask like a Karen if someone messes with my thai lol I have been cooking drunken noodles for yrs now and have bought these noodles but sadly they aren’t good not wide and fettuccine ummm ya package is not the same and quality of noodles taste bad not buying again

I wanted wide noodles! These are not wide. They are very skinny close to a spaghetti noodle. Why sell something if it isn't true???

Face it, noodle dishes don't do well with the delay of delivery - the noodles end up as a big lump.In these socially distanced days, I missed my visits to LA's many Thai restaurants. These noodles have allowed me to recreate representative versions of some favorite dishes, and experiment with my own variations.

I have been using these noodles to make drunken noodles for my son who is on the FODMAP diet. (Think gluten free and then some.)
