Good cookies, poor packaging, early delivery, expired
The cookies are good, except they are for a vending machine, so the box had GRANDMA'S in big bold letters and a sticker with OATMEAL RAISIN in bold letters on the end, so my husband knew just what I ordered for him and if any porch pirates had came to steal it, they would have known immediately that it was food and worth taking. It showed up early and nobody knocked or rang the doorbell, even though I left explicit instructions to do so. They were expired because the date said February 28 and it came Mar 3, not bad, but with 60 cookies it'd be the end of March before the 2 of us could finish them, but my husband will be eating them alone because when they go bad I'll get very sick.

Fresh, soft, and delicious
These are so fresh, soft, and delicious -- and at less than 35 cents a package, a bargain to have on hand. Each package contains two soft cookies weighing in at 310 calories for the package. They stay fresh and soft for a couple months -- but I'm not sure I'd want to keep them around much longer. Oatmeal Raisin is the favored flavor in our house -- they seem to stay fresher the longest and they have some some substance -- but all of the Grandma's cookies we've tried are pretty good.

Great cookies, great price, arrived on time but delivery person got it soaked with water!
Product is excellent but, despite the rain today, delivery person did put any plastic on it and, to make matters worse, leaned the box against the house directly in the drip line such that water from the roof ran down into the unsealed slots on the sides of the box instead of putting it flat on the porch where only the sealed joint on top would be exposed. AAARRRGGGHHH!!!

VERY DRY AND FRAGILE .. TWO COOKIES STUCK TOGETHER AND CRUMBLY.
The expiration dates belie the "freshness" of these cookies. More power to you if you can separate the two oatmeal raisin cookies without them breaking apart and crumbling. Even trying to hold one cookie or part of one cookie is difficult, because they will crumble in your fingers. I've been buying this brand for decades and they're supposed to be soft. These are dry and crumbly. The Mylar packaging/pouch seems good, but it has failed to preserve the freshness of these cookies. You will be pinching bits of cookie(s) to get some in your mouth and it's very possible you'll get crumbs on your floor or carpet .. or on the ground. Hey, Frito-Lay .. You need to restore our faith in "Grandma's".
