Piece of garbage. Their warranty replacement was a bait and switch.
Update: after three months, the terrible customer service team is giving me a replacement matress,when I unpacked it and read the instructions, this was for an all foam mattress. I contacted them again and said this was not the mattress I originally ordered, that mine was innerspring and foam hybrid. They said, we don't make that anymore. How do you buy a steak and eggs mattress and when it fails, they try to replace this with just eggs? Plus, looking this up, they are charging 2000 dollars more for this junk, than when I bought it three years ago. They executives in their NYC offices must have gotten excellent bonuses, despite their customer service being in India.Orginal: Mattress sagged after two years. Causing me and my partner horrible back pain. Been trying for several months to get a replacement. Do not buy!

Can't recommend this product!
Not happy with this purchase, I sleep on my side and I'm waking up with my hip and shoulders hurting. I bought this so I wouldn't have hip and shoulder pain yet this is no better than my pillow top mattress. I expect I'll be returning this before the trial period ends. I'm sorry to say I can't recommend this product!

It's better than what I had. Still have to get something better for my back. I wake up in pain.

Feels like I am sleeping on hot asphalt!
This was the worst mattress I have ever slept on. It is HOT (I can't imagine ever using the warming feature), hard, and too thin at 10". The smart features were interesting but not worth spending extra money on. Not to mention Eight has the worst customer service and tried not to honor their 100 night trial because we purchased this through Amazon. Well, I purchase just about everything through Amazon and trust their service and backing more than "Eight". My husband and I did not like this mattress at all from day one but gave it about 60 nights to be sure and never had a good night's sleep.I will applaud Amazon's customer service. They did not allow Eight not deny the return and made it right for me. The pick up of the mattress is tomorrow and seems easy enough-- no need to keep the box and a company comes in to remove the mattress.Please, don't waste your time giving this mattress a shot unless you find sleeping on a hard surface comfortable. I like firm mattresses and this is beyond firm. Also, if you are looking at purchasing a foam mattress, be sure you do your research. I would recommend trying one that acknowledges how hot they are and has cooling technology. We will be giving the Molecule a shot next...

Great product ruined by horrible customer service
I placed an order for a Jupiter plus a few weeks ago, received the mattress but got bad tax news so I emailed about returning it. Got a vague answer and then no reply after that. After a few days I decided to try the mattress out since we had already moved our old one upstairs in preparation for the new one. I got everything all set up and realized that I did not like the Smart Cover. It made the mattress a tad bit more firm which is not what I was looking for. Bummer because I wanted all the tech but ok because I loved the actual mattress. I decide to give you guys a call to find out how to just return the Smart Cover, but I didn’t get an answer so I left a message. After a few days I didn’t not get a response so I called back. Same thing happened 5 times over an almost 3 week period. I left 5 messages and sent 3 emails that were all unanswered.Finally a few days ago I got a rather rude email with not even the slightest bit of apology for the lack of responses. Completely uncalled for. I was blown away by the lack of empathy or even the acknowledgment of me being ignored. All this has led to my decision of returning everything. I am currently waiting on FedEx to pick up the Smart Cover and for the Salvation Army to come pick up the mattress.I have a bad back, and have been through many mattresses trying to find the right one. Quite a few bed in the box mattress under my belt and none were that great. Your bed though... the Jupiter... was by far my favorite. I absolutely loved it. But yet it is still getting returned. That should speak volumes for my experience. It was so bad that I don’t even want to keep something I love, something that finally fit the bill of what I was looking for. There’s no excuse for a 3 week period of no responses (phone or email) and then a rude response for icing on the cake. I know my one return does not phase a company like yours, but I feel like I might not be alone. You need to get some people on those phones.... any contact is better than none at all.
