So I tried to install this wire...very thin and kept busting. Went out and spent another $50 to buy thicker stuff. Left a review and the company contacted me. Wanted to give me $30 to delete my review. This was around October 31st. Have contacted them numerous times and they keep saying they will reimburse me. Tired of playing. So a bad review it is.

Our dogs got used to it within a few days. We have it set to only 15-20 and it works great. The higher number you have it set to it will zap the dog at a farther distance from the wire. So don’t set it high if you expect them to be able come within a few feet of the wire. Best plan when setting it up is to lay out the wire first and see how you like the set up. Don’t bury or make cuts til your certain. Twist the wire over one another to cancel out the signal for instance an entry way that is ok for dog to cross. Watching you tube videos helped as we’ve never had one of these systems before. The collars charge quickly. Happy with the purchase and the price tag.

I bought this product in hopes of saving hundreds of dollars on an invisible fence system for my two dogs. I’m regretting the purchase and waste of money on this system! First, The wire is super thin. I was afraid of breaking the wire during installation. I eventually called a professional installer and paid them extra to install their wire, which is at least 50 times thicker than the wire that came with this system. Second, They don’t give you hardly any instruction on how to install the wire. So if you’re clueless on how to install an invisible fence, you’re screwed!! And third, the collars. They work with the professional wire that was installed, but the battery life is no where near what they it will last. They claim battery life is up to 30 days. Ha!! I have to charge mine twice a week!! Complete garbage and waste of money!!

I've had a more complex dog system for the last year and a half. it had a remote for training. I went through four or five dog collars in a year and finally I needed to get a new fencing system for the dogs.these are lightweight rechargeable and the collar is good enough to hold the unit on the dog's neck. I like that they feel like they're half the size of the older units that I used from another supplier.besides being rechargeable, my dogs are rather large about 160 lb each, but since they were puppies I've had them using a dog collar system because I had another animal that got hit by a car and decided I was not going to have that happen again.I do like the unit that sends the signal because it is adjustable for various lengths of activation from the wires so if you need say 15-ft or 30 you can adjust that easily by a press of a button.if the wire that the system is connected to is faulty or defective there is a very loud signal to indicate to the owner that there is something that has to be addressed.I also like the advanced features of the tone being six beeps before it starts to initialize the shock. The shock starts at a low setting and as the dog remains in the area the shock does increase which is a great feature to have and will teach the dog even if they don't pay attention.

We had to start a return based on our yard is awkwardly set up so when our dog went into the middle of the yard the collar would go off. Scared him so bad he wouldn’t leave our sides even after we took the collar off. So we went a different route that won’t traumatize him so bad.The seller was very understanding and when we went to get the wire from underground the wire snapped. So we contacted the seller and he was generous enough for refund our money but to also sent us a guide to how we can improve the product with our type of back yard. Very helpful and very understanding.

What a waste of money. The power wire is thinner than kite string I had it buried 6” I compacted the soil with a dirt tamper and spread some grass seed. The grass was almost all grown and the ground was solid. I drove my truck over the area the wire was buried And the wire broke. I found that out after digging up 130’ of that garbage wire so after all the time and effort I put into installing it correctly I have to buy all new thicker gauge wireAnd dig up the rest of the 150ish’ up. I even have to dig up my driveway which is gravel because I ran that poor quality wire through some pvc pipe just to make sure everything would work properly. Oh and one of the rubber charging port all ready broke off and another thing was I sent an email asking a question about the distance that the looped wire should be separated for the loop the response was 4’ I sent another email because that didn’t make any sense. Their second response was separate them 4” apart. Good lord 4’ or 4” apart makes a lot of difference

this was a horrible product. Everything is in metric with no standard conversion. the collars work only in certain orientations, and when they do work i haven't heard my dog yelp in so much pain before. The wire included is horrible i wasted money on upgraded wire only to have this product hurt my dog. DO NOT BUY OR WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

This works ok, but if you order 2 collars for 2 dogs, there is no way to only beep one dog. Say if you feel you need to shock one dog, it will shock both dogs. Also if one dog goes out of range, it will beep and shock both dogs. I mean so far neither dog has gotten out, but they haven't really went 2 feet away from the box either for fear of the beeping and shocking. I mean it would be great if it had say a dog 1 and a dog 2 button. And I don't think it's fair if one dog goes outta range it shock's both dogs.

Clear instructions, great price, rediculously easy to set up and allowed us to give the dog more space than a wireless dog fence as we have a long skinny property. Also comes with more wire than most dog fences out there. We added a little bit of wire from the hardware store and that was also very easy and worked great so if you do need to extend the fence it is simple.

Totally dislike this product great idea but not great for my dogMy puppy is 11 month we did the training testing on ourselves making sure it was right for our pupWe did the test run with out it on to do everything correct by the book and for me to turn it on it went crazy and beeped like crazy in the safe zone and repeatedly zapped the hell out of my pup until I could get it off because the stupid collar would not turn off so I ripped it offMy pup was shaking and crying and was really upset with me almost thought it ruined our relationshipWe are fine now but she is scaredWill not use a collar if on her she shakesAfter that she refused to go back out side this included accidents all over againShe shakes and cried for hoursAnd she drugged up the wire and she chewed it upIt didn't work for herCompany is good felt bad refundedIt is easily set upCustomers is great

I’m very happy with my product! I have it going along the one fence in my yard to keep my dog from barking at the neighbours dogs. He’s used to being the farm dog/guard and keeping coyotes off the property I have now moved into town and he doesn’t quite understand that the other dogs can’t get into his yard. They are very aggressive towards him and myself so he does what he can to bark back and protect his yard, but the risks of the neighbours reporting him could have me losing him. And thanks to your electric fence that I have purchased we are all now getting along with no issues.

J'ai retourné l'item finalement. Après plusieurs heures a faire des tests les choques ne fonctionnaient pas 3 x sur 4 et la fois que ça fonctionné mon chien a été traumatisé!!! elle passait constamment sur le fils sans que sa donne des choques, donc nous avons trouvé que ce n'était pas assez fiable.

Works great installed it easily took about 45 minutes and our yards about 600 feet around..only issue my dog keeps rubbing the collar on the ground and the power button and light cover on one collar is gone lol... but its definitely worth the price and love that it comes with 2 dollars
