Sizzix3-D Texture Fades Embossing Folder, Multicolor

I received this embossing folder today and put it right to work. The first thing I noticed is how thick it is. It would not run through my Big Shot unless I took the top cover plate off (normally I use the base, the bottom piece, the folder with paper, and the top cover. It may have worked to leave off the bottom cover instead of the top, but I didn't want the folder to sit flush with my main base piece. The impression was very nice, but there were a few minor cracks in my paper....better to do a practice piece to see how your finished product will look. (Design of my card is from Dreaming Tree).

Love this folder for its versatility and its great for masculine cards. I used 65lb cardstock. It held up mostly but had some holes in the paper. They weren’t visible as I used the brick wall to layer onto another sheet of card stock. Next time will use heavier paper in hopes to get a better result

As usual, Tim Holtz/Sizzix products don’t disappoint. Such great detail in these 3D embossing folders!

One cannot go wrong with a TIm Holtz 3-D embossing folder. Love this offset brick design. Tip..very lightly mist your paper before embossing.

Me ha sorprendido gratamente. La he probado incluso con cartulina normal en color marroón y en blanco y el resultado es espectacular. Recomiendo.
