Product itself is better quality but it has short / average " shank" so if you have granite counter top at install site you are out of luck. My plumber explained additional thickness of granite make this shank short. I could not install and was out of returning window so now stuck with it but it is not against seller in anyway . Perhaps a specific listing on length of shank will be more useful and I shall look for it in future.PK$007

4 months later and the finish is coming off? So I guess they expect you to replace this every 3-4 months?Look I never review items off amazon but this called for a review because this is the worst purchase I have made on amazon. Now it is too late to return it.UPDATE:The seller reached out after this review and offered to help. Ask for pictures six separate times. Then never replied. To this day I am stuck with this garbage in a box under the sink waiting on a replacement that never came. DO NOT BUY!UPDATE 02/08/2021:The seller never made it right. They offered a replacement and then stopped communication. Please do not make the mistake of buying this cheap junk. You will regret it!UPDATE 06/28/2021The seller has still to date not upheld the warranty! BUYER BEWARE This faucet is garbage. The paint chips away and it looks like junk!

I was a little nervous replacing this faucet since I am by no means a plumber and things seem to always go wrong. While the instructions were not the greatest, there were pictures but not any real description about the various pieces, this was a super easy switch out! A little trial and Arrow for me was all it took and I love this faucet. One of the best things about it is that it does not require pliers to put it back together it has a great screw in bolt for the bottom so you don’t have to try to cram a pliers under your sink in the limited space. Definitely would buy this one again - coincidentally it also matches my sink faucet.

I works OK but the stem does wiggle around a bit which makes it feel kind of fragile but at the price that doesn't surprise me. That is why I gave this only four stars.It comes with several adapters to fit different installations. It is not particularly easy to install but the seller has no control over that and none of these will be easy to install. Take the cupboard doors completely off so you don't break them off while maneuvering around on your back under the sink.

Liked the design and would have been happy with this product if it had more threads. Turns out it cannot be installed in a 3cm kitchen counter surface. It is designed for installation in a 2 cm bar counter surface.

Disappointed, this faucet is beautiful but my order only came with the faucet. None of the mounting hardware or any of the adapters. I contacted the seller and am awaiting the response. Will update once they get a hold of me. Annoyed as was going to install this weekend, now at a standstill.

It’s only been a month so far but we love our new faucet! Not only does it look great but it’s a lot more sturdy than the one we used to have. I love the way it turns on & swivels in all directions. The water flow is so much faster out of this faucet compared to our last as well. I totally recommend this item & would definitely purchase again!

The cartridge started leaking after one year. When I removed it, it was brass instead of stainless steel. Since they don't have a part number for the cartridge, I am having trouble finding a replacement.

This works very well, you don't have to hold it down like the cheap one that came with the RO system. A definite upgrade. The old one had a small plastic valve actuator like a coffee urn that would sometimes just turn off at random so you always had to hold it up or down to fill a glass with water. This one you rotate the handle and it stays there until you rotate it back. Very straight forward install, the instructions have the parts numbered but nowhere does it identify what the number parts are called and the pictures are too small to identify, they are all small round things with holes. But it is pretty straight forward Faucet Body, Escutcheon, sink or counter top. Then under the sink the Rubber Washer, Mounting Nut. I like the included multiple sizes of push connect fittings that should match your supply line. They even included little C lock clips to keep the push connect fittings tight so they don't come off unexpectedly. The brushed stainless finish is high quality consistent over the entire faucet. So far I am happy.

The media could not be loaded.  Somewhat easy to install. But is super flimsy, with the main spout feeling super loose despite everything being installed tightly. The spray function is good, but it never fully reverts to regular stream when flicking the switch. Also, the toggle on the tap would continually loosened, until it would no longer screw back in. We tried adding Lockseal to make it stay, but even that did not work. I know that it is inexpensive, but I was hoping for something a bit sturdier. It is now end of July and we can no longer return. Do not waste your money on this, unless you plan on never using it and only looking at it, because it is pretty. But it is useless.

Arrived quickly, easy to install and worked with my 3/8" Home Master Artesian RO filter system. I purchased this because it can work with a number of different diameter tubing and my original tap that came with my RO unit was starting to drip after a few years of use. Also I did not measure it but the part of the tap that went through the counter top was fairly long.

This is a great RO faucet. We bought it to match our matte black faucet but unfortunately its not a perfect match in colour. It's very close and with it on the other side of the sink I don't think anyone would even notice. Installation is easy with the quick connections that it comes with. If you are looking for a faucet with an air gap this is not for you. This is a non air gap faucet. I was fine with this as its less expensive and I'm not too worried about the possibility of back wash.
