Modway Annabel Tufted Button Linen Fabric Upholstered Queen Headboard in Ivory

This is a very good looking upholstered headboard. It provides a solid and firm upholstered cushion to lean your back against. I also got a headboard wall protector to help with stability and prevention of banging against the wall.

We recently purchased my teenage daughter a new mattress, and decided to trade out the vintage creaky wooden bed she had for a metal bed frame, and get her a padded headboard. I didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars and, even though I'm pretty crafty, didn't really want to attempt to make one. An online search found this particular one one several websites, Amazon having the best price. The reviews were mostly good, so decided to take a chance, knowing it could be returned. Well, it exceeded my expectations! It looks very high end, the ivory fabric is a true creamy ivory, and the fabric seems very sturdy. It has a "slubby" texture like linen, but appears to be a synthetic fabric which will hopefully be easy to clean if needed. I was glad to see the label on the back that said it met Calfornia formaldehyde regulations, and I will say that while it did have a slight "new" smell, it wasn't overpowering. We actually let it set out on our porch in the sun and breeze a few hours which helped even more. It was easy to put together and attach to the bed frame, it helps to have two people so one can hold the headboard in place while the other one bolts it to the headboard. I am considering gluing or taping some foam over the bolt heads on the back of the legs just so they don't bump and mar the wall. I am very pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend it!

Great headbroad and look's fabulous!

The headboard is lighter color comparing to the picture. I like the ivory color because it looks elegant and make the whole rooms lighten up. However, with kids, I don’t think the lighter color headboard is a good idea. It got dirt easily and my kids use crayon on it. I would have chosen a darker color. The headboard is sturdy, but we did not want to fix it to the wall, so we just put it there between the wall and the bed. Its size is not true of King size, because it’s not even when I put my King bed against it. So far, I used clorox wipes to clean it, but I am not sure how to remove stains on the headboard. Overall, it worths the money.

We ordered the blue-navy. Color was exactly what we wanted. Excellent quality and obviously well made. Easy to assemble in minutes.

This product is great quality and was not difficult to assemble however the color was NOT as advertised. I ordered the beige and it came out a weird khaki brown color. Definitely not what was in the picture. I didn't get ivory initially because I didnt want a super bright white. But I am unhappy with this purchase. Especially with a big piece like this- its quite a hassle to take down and return and set up again.

Love it! Well worth the price. No one will ever guess that this was an economy-priced headboard. Someone said in another review that it is very lightweight, but it's really not. I hung it directly on the wall with the "Hangman Heavy-Duty Mirror and Picture Hanger with Walldog Anchorless Screws - Aluminum (HM-18D)" from Amazon (I purchased just one of the 18" hangers). It will hold up to 200 lbs and I am confident it will hold this headboard. It feels very secure and is flush to the wall. It looks very professional. I'm not handy at all and I was able to figure it out and get the headboard hung in under an hour. All it amounted to was screwing four screws into the headboard and another four into the wall--both with provided brackets. The screws came with the hanging kit, so I didn't have to mess with buying the right size, etc. I'm very satisfied.The photos show the hangers from the Hangman website.Update: 3/6/17-- The headboard has not budged one inch, it is still very securely mounted, and looks like new. This (and the hangers) are two of the best purchases I have made in a long time.

This is a great addition to our bed. Fits perfectly and looks amazing. Price is great and easy to install on bed frame.

Very happy with this purchase. Appears to be very well made and was easy to set up. I had a black metal headboard previously so this is a beautiful change and looks quite elegant. I picked "navy" -- looks fabulous with my red/ navy reversible quilt.
