The salts are finer than I thought they would be. It is very good for a soak in the bath.

Does help you relax
Purchased it as my partner said it was good to relax aching muscles. Have used once seemed to do the trick, but went in the pound shop the other day to find same one, yes you guessed it a pound. With that being said I will be buying from them in future as needed

This is good value, but once opened the packet does not close properly, so a lot of it fell on the floor, resulting a lot going in the bin.
