Pollen Ranch Dill Pollen 1 Ounce (Pack of 2)

I don't know if mine was just not that flavorful, or if that's the expectation. I've used Dill Pollen before for making pickles alongside other herbs. I thought I'd venture out to start putting this on my tomato toasts, where I use fresh dill, onions, Veganaise, tomatoes, salt, and pepper. I've experimented with using just Dill Pollen, and Dill Pollen combined with fresh Dill, but have ultimately decided nothing beats fresh Dill alone. When combined with fresh dill, neither I nor my girlfriend are able to discern any difference when adding the Dill Pollen.I wanted to be wowed by this, but it's just not worth it for the price. Go get yourself some fresh dill!

A little pricey, but a lot in tin and good flavoring for food and good for cutting calories. will last some time. can use instead of salt and has a bit of a crunch rather than dill seasoning at the grocery store. read reviews about problems opening tin, but they must have listened and fixed the problem. bought this and fennel and had no problems opening either.

I love the dill pollen and The Pollen Ranches other offering as well. However, GET RID OF THE TIN!!!! It's too difficult to get open without spilling a significant amount! While I do feel the product is worth the cost...I have no desire to just throw my money away every time I try to use this product!

I have bought this item several times and found consistent fresh quality. I BBQ salmon, skin side down, sprinkle dill pollen covering the top and add Maldon Salt and it comes out perfect every time!

Item is pretty expensive and on the top it is not 100% pollen: about 80% stems and twigs and may be 20% of pollen. So, the quality is definitely not good!

Wouldnt be without this in my spice collection.

Very potent. Vegetable matter is a little on the hard side and coarse, more suited for cooking than garnish on a soup or salad. Excellent flavor.
