Great taste albeit a conundrum
It is delicious, unique and has a nice mid-level heat kick from the Scotch Bonnet. I’m glad I gave this a try, that said, I’m not so sure I would make the purchase again. $15 for something that goes so quick has me hesitant. Because of the thin consistency and wide spout, it doesn’t plop down and sit atop your food in well measured dolops, but more pours over the food, eventually resting in pools on the plate. And sure that’s not such a big deal for a three dollar bottle of Tabasco, but you could easily go through a third of a bottle od Queen Majesty with a few friends at one sitdown meal. It seems kind of crazy to me to spend what is essentially $5 on the hotsauce used in one family meal. Let me come at this from a slightly different angle; it also tastes really good and is not overwhelmingly hot, certainly not as hot as traditional Tabasco… So you might use it similarly to ketchup or steak sauce, rather than the way you traditionally use hot sauce, sparingly... are use hot sauce at nearly every meal, this was the only bottle in the house I could easily go through it in a week, if not sooner.

More Flavor than Heat
If you want a hot sauce that provides more flavor than heat, this is the one.The ginger and scotch bonnet pepper compliment each other well, and the overall flavor is very different from chili based sauces. It is bright and sweet, with a little tang and some gentle heat that fades away slowly. Delicious! The level of heat is pretty mild, milder than sriracha. I would recommend this to anyone, the level of heat should not prevent anyone from enjoying it.

Great flavor - the ginger and peppers are well balanced
This hot sauce is seriously delicious. The ginger and peppers are well balanced with the citrus and acidity. I will be trying this on everything. The heat is pretty mild. I was hoping it would be much hotter. One source I found (Hot Ones Reddit) says this is 9000 scoville heat units. For reference sriracha is 2,000 SHU, a jalapeño is 2,500 - 5,000 SHU, and a serrano pepper is 6,000 - 23,000 SHU. I would say biting into a jalapeño feels hotter. Maybe I'm just not using enough of the sauce!

Amazing sauce that pairs well with everything, especially Asian cuisine!
I love my hot sauces and this is my favorite sauce in a pool of over 30. It's not too hot - has a decent quick burn and then it's calm again. The flavor though is what wins this golden treat 5 stars. it is fantastic. I love to cook and experiment and this sauce has gone a long way in saving some more bland experiments as it pairs so well with everything. But in Asian cuisine is where this sauce shines IMO. It has completely replaced sweet and sour sauce for me. this sauce is a no brainier for someone wanted to get into hot sauces or someone looking to add a new one to their collection.

Delicious but pricing needs work
This stuff is delicious. Of the 3 flavors, I find this in the middle on heat. I love this brand because it definitely adds a kick and makes your mouth tingle, but they obviously focused on flavor over going out of the way to make your food LESS taste able when all you can focus on is the painThe only reason this is not a five star product is the price. It goes too fast putting a small glob on each bite of a burrito to keep it in stock full time (especially when you like all three flavors).

Not a lot of heat but packed with amazing flavor
Like many who have purchased this hot sauce in the past, I was introduced to it through the YouTube series "Hot Ones." I was always curious about the guest's remarks of its flavor among the gauntlet of sauces—and they were right! While this Queen Majesty sauce isn't the hottest in my collection it's by far one of my favorites due to it's great flavor; even my two kids enjoy it. I'm definitely buying this one again and will be looking into Queen Majesty's other sauces in the future.

Overpriced.
Like most of the hot sauces from Hot Ones, this one is really overpriced. It's got heat if you taste it out of the bottle. Cook with it and the heat dissipates. Flavor is okay, but definitely not worth the $11 to $14 per bottle price tag.

Hmm..
A very interesting sauce-I got mostly sweet with a hint of something I couldn't figure out-reading the description it's spot on, lemon, lime, GINGER?, garlic. I really can't compare this to any other sauce. It is great but a slightly niche item. I can dab it to a sandwhich for a little extra flavor, or make it the main flavor of a pork butt/shoulder that's now just hot enough to make me sweat. One of my favorite new sauces.

Not very hot but very tasty
Not very hot but very nice flavour. It has a really nice balance between heat and an array of flavours to accompany any meal. It’s a nice sauce but way too expensive for what it is. I’ll stick to my £1 Jamaican hot pepper sauces for now.

Really tasty scotch bonnet sauce
Goes well with a lot of things, has a nice kick to it, but not stupidly hot. The taste is great.

Buy it.
Really nice flavor. I like that it does not taste like tabasco (not so salty). Can really taste the ginger.
