I got my camera today, but it didn't come with any instructions or manual? The motion detection, lights, and speaker aren't working, or maybe I have to enable them; but there's no instructions telling me how. The package was also missing the yard signs. I can't find a manual online anyplace.

Installed these brand new, out of the box cameras… it was a light rain overnight and in the morning 7 out of 8 bullet cameras had water inside. It’s IP67 certified cameras for outdoor use…! Night vision on the rest of cameras (8 dome style cameras) is way below the average; it’s pretty grainy and cameras easily get blind from IR light reflection from walls or if a car is passing by the house with headlights on. Flashing light from passing by cars blinds these cameras for 5-7 sec. completely! NVR keeps loosing 2-3 cameras and constantly trying to re-connect to it. The video quality with the day light is good… if there is no water inside of the camera. So, now I am stuck with ~$1500 NVR system from Swann that I cannot return to the store and I cannot get repaired/replaced …Swann Customer Service wouldn’t respond to my e-mails. Only 1 e-mail was “answered” with automated message… We’ve received your e-mail, it will take up to two weeks to respond. Don’t try to contact Swann Customer Service multiple times because it will cause even more delay….. Swann Customer Service wouldn’t pick up the phone… Instead it goes with automated message… “You have chosen the call back option… beep”… it’s it! No voice mail, no …stay on line, your call is important for us… just .. beep!
