CricutJoy Metallic Markers, 1.0 (3) Violet, Copper, Silver

Being at home amid the coronavirus outbreak I decided it would be a great time to get a jump on making Mother's Day cards. Since my handwriting is not the best, I decided to use my new Cricut Joy metallic markers. I chose the copper one because i thought it matched well with the cardstock color I chose. So the pros are this: the color was just as I expected and wrote beautiful (the font I chose was perfect, and only had to write 12 words). The con (and this is a big one): I was only able to do two (2) cards before the ink started running out. The third card, while you can see the words, you can tell the pen would be running out of ink quickly. For the money that I spent on these pens I would have expected they would last longer than 2-3 uses.

Disappointed is an understatement. After I used them only a few times, all three of the markers were completely dried up! The gold one, in particular, was the quickest to run out of ink. I am so disappointed because the markers and pens have to fit the Cricut Joy specifically so I can't use regular Cricut pens. I am really mad that I wasted money on these useless markers.

Bought as a Christmas gift for a friend. She loves her Cricut crafts and was happy to receive these.

Expensive and didn’t seem to last long

Bought these to use with my machine. Unfortunately I didnt read the description I have a maker and these are for the joy. They dont fit. But other than the price they are great.

Pens are great however did run out of ink after the third use.

Bought these to write inside of cards, the tip is very thick and could not find a compatible font that worked. One of the tips on the markers was smashed flat on the first use. However, these do look incredible on dark cards, show up great.
