I am in a wheelchair 75% of the day and have to be sure to have safe cushioning to prevent sores. This cushion is light weight, yet semi firm and comfortable.

I was trying to reorder a cushion that we already had and have enjoyed. This cushion was billed as the replacement for that cushion as evidently there weren't any more to be obtained. This cushion was very uninviting and hard to sit on for any length of time. I have other ones that are much more quality looking and more comfortable. In the end, I gave it away.

I’ve ordered two different cushions like this, and this one is my least favorite but it works! I got this one for my vehicle after experiencing intense lower back and sciatic pain for a solid month. You know the kind that wakes you up screaming in the night and makes you cry all day while simultaneously ruining your whole life...yeah...but with this cushion, now I can drive in my car again, and even for long periods of time! It’s pretty thick so I had to adjust my seat down, and it’s a bit hard but it isn’t uncomfortable above my knees like my other one was for a while. I’m sure it’s still a bit hard because I spend much less time in my car then my office chair where my other one is. After a while of use, these gel enhanced cushions very comfortably mold to the shape of your bum and legs, while still allowing your tailbone to float. I wouldn’t give this one up, but I will be ordering the lumbar support that will work in my car. For the money, it’s worth it. Happy purchase!

This product is alright, and definitely helps the sciatica pain from coming back, but my As Seen On Tv Perfect Cushion Memory Foam one was way better and more comfy. Aesthetically, the Healthy Spirit Gel Enhanced Seat Cushion one is better.

Just purchased my second one of these cushions after using the first for a year, I don’t think you will find a better option at this price point.

I didn’t know which one to buy they all seemed the same, equal reviews and this one was on special, so I thought why not try it out before investing $40. It’s comfy and takes the pressure off the tailbone. Prefer a little wider for my butt and thighs and it’s scratchy so you will want to cover it. But I’m pretty happy. Do not feel the need to buy an expensive one because they all say they they want them wider so maybe manufacturers will listen one day.

This is my second purchase of this seat. It is the best!! It has comfort and substantial support, extremely well made. I have had other similar cushions but none even come close to this one.

The difference between sitting on this cushion and not, is night and day. I have just returned from the hospital and am more sedentary than usual. The glutes aren't what they once were (given that we all exchange a lb of muscle for a lb of fat *every year* after 30) and this cushion is a huge help. The *absolute brilliance and perfection* of the coccyx cutout cannot be overstated.But use caution: after first sitting on this, the joy was overwhelming and I exclaimed, loudly: "Oh, my god!" My wife came running from the other room thinking something terrible had happened. Oops.

Compré el cojín con un poco de desconfianza pero en cuanto empecé a usarlo noté una mejora inmediata. Yo trabajo sentado durante 8 o más horas y a veces me daban dolores de espalda baja pero con el cojín ya no tengo nada de dolor. La razón por la que le doy 4 estrellas es porque a veces no es muy como y tiene como una pequeña lomita en la parte trasera que a mi en lo personal a veces me incomoda un poco.

Me ayudó para trabajar a distancia y cuando me troné el tendón de aquiles. Sentado de 9am a 11pm, me paraba sólo al baño o para comer y no tuve dolor de coxis. La funda es lavable y no me sudaron las nachas, recomendable.

No se compacta el modelo que es algo importante de resaltar.

Soy maestra, y debo pasar horas sentada frente a la computadora, en clase virtual y calificando tareas.Gracias a éste cojín, eso ya no es un problema, se adapta anatómicamente y es MUY CÓMODO.Es mejor usarlo sobre una silla firme, para que de verdad se aprecie la comodidad.La cubierta de gel en la parte superior, evita que se caliente (hay otros que sólo son de memori foam y hace que te dé calor).Además es bastante grueso y te da cierta altura, le resulto muy útil a mi madre, que necesita que su silla esté alta para poder pararse con mayor facilidad ya que sus rodillas le duelen, por lo que hace menos esfuerzo.Muchas gracias...👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Debido a las largas jornadas me decidí a comprar este cojín y no me arrepiento. Lo único que noto es que al pasó de muuuchas horas de uso en un día las dos partes traseras comienzan a ceder y pierden el soporte. Este se recupera después de un rato de no usarlo, así que sigue siendo una buena compra.
