Just ordered a 2nd bottle to take on vacation. Thankful that this has been helping a great deal. I take two in the morning with a probiotic tablet and probiotic yogurt and then I take one in the evening with dinner and it is helped so much

I just started taking the product about 8 days ago. It is easy to swallow and seems to make me have better gut health. I will know more after a few more weeks.

I decided to give these a try since I have all the issues it's supposed to help, and I took them according to directions. I didn't notice any difference at all. But I tried, and would not recommend them, in general.I was sure hoping they would help.

I did a lot of f research and found this one i took all the info to my Dr off the site and she was very happy she said since it help boost the immune system she would recommend she also said it should help with the tummy swelling i had too it passed her approval witch is hard to do she is picky I've been on it over a month the first month i took off 10lbs but i also ride my exercise bike regularly too. I stared out with 1 pill a day for 2 week and worked up to 2 a day for two week then three a day witch is what the bottle say to take I take them 30 mins before breakfast i usually ride my bike as soon as i take them also .I'm very happy with them and I've started my second bottle =) but be prepared they are a very big pill so be careful when taking them

After 6 months of trial, I can state that it not only did NOT help with my intestinal issues; it made them WORSE! The final month, all bowel movements were yellow acidic liquid diarrhea. My body stopped digesting food properly, and bile was entering my intestine. Within 3 days of STOPPING Vital Restore, I had solid normal color stool. I recommend against this product. It does NOT heal your gut.

I’ve been using this product for about 3 weeks now and I’ve had great results. It is a vegan product and that has helped to maintain a healthy diet. I have experienced less leaky gut and achy stomach issues. I started taking this supplement to help with acid reflux and to balance my gut, and it definitely has done that. I’ve experienced better sleep and energy as well from using KaraMD capsules. Although the pill is pretty big in size, the capsule makes it very easy to swallow. Definitely recommend trying this product if you have any gut, stomach, or back issues.

This product seems to work well for the short time I've had it. It's a complimentary product for other probiotics that I take for gut health. Good value for the money. I wasn't experiencing much pain previously so I can't comment on that feature. I'll be interested in the longer term benefits of taking this product. Glad it is doctor formulated.
