I personally eat quinoa in the evening for dinner; very heart healthy and filling. Perfect with any type of curry, salad, or your own mix! The texture is also very smooth, and is very similar to that of rice. Bag was expired and it tore so quinoa everywhere. The tear doesn’t appear to have happened in shipping, but possible. The box wasn’t damaged though. Very upset to spend $13.99 and out a bag of product that is non returnable.
