We purchased two lamps and they are even nicer than we thought they would be! The style, color, material, and product footprint work so well with the bed we had purchased. I was optimistic and hesitant about the kind of “night light” feature in the lower half of the lamp, but it looks fantastic in the evening to provide subtle bedroom lighting. Overall, great product at a very reasonable price. Thanks!

My husband loves it. We ordered the second lamp. It is so classy. It is really nice with the night light that helps him during the night not to wake up the kids with too bright light when he is going to work. It is huge but so beautiful.

The nightlight option is a game changer and I love it. However the next edition should have the night lamp as the final option so you don’t have to go full bright to turn it off. I would buy another with the update.

I rate the overall product a 5, but I rate the customer service experience portion a 1 for sure. Bringing my overall rating to a 3. I love the lamps, they look great in my living room. They are quiet large, I have a king size bed and large furniture and they looked very odd in my bedroom. They look great in my living room. I love the night light feature.The packaging that they came in was pretty good, however the light bulb receptacle that is at the top of any lamp was fractured and one was completely dangling, and the other was fractured and tilted. This creates a distribution pattern of light into one direction within the lamp shade, which is frustrating considering the expense of the lamps. When contacting customer service the remedy they had was to re-package the lamps into the original packaging and pay to have them shipped back. After receipt and determining if it was warranted they would then send out new ones. This is fine but a few issues, 1) after opening the boxes and assembling them I had recycled the boxes (afterward I noticed the necks were not able to be fixed simply as they were broken) 2) these serve as the main light source in my home (no over head light in this living room).Again, the lamps are really great, customer service leaves little to be desired. I had read another review that described a similar issue and now I understand. It is more worth it to just attempt to fix this myself with some type of way and not deal with the hassle of exchange.

I cannot stop smiling. I saw a similar lamp on a show that I watch and had to find it. Although it’s not the same lamp, I’m very happy with my purchase. The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is because I wish there was a different color option for the shade. I plan on getting one closer to cream in color.

The lamps are beautiful. I gave it three stars ONLY because one of them is slightly tilting to the side because of the base but I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning it so we decided to keep it.
