Tiny Bristles Come Off EVERYWHERE
This brush was fine at first. I wanted a vented brush to help dry and style my hair faster and it seemed to be doing the job. But it was clear after about a month that the brush couldn't stand up against the heat of the blow dryer. The longer "massaging" bristles have melted a bit and so many of the "boar hair" bristles have fallen out. I don't have much confidence that the smaller bristles are actually boar hair since they look and act like plastic. I find the little bristles everywhere in my bathroom. I am now searching for the next brush. This one lasted only a couple months, of about every other day use, before it started falling apart, so here's hoping I can find something that will last a bit longer.I suppose if you don't subject it to heat as much, it would last a bit longer, but seeing as it seemed designed for hair drying, I expected more.

The Best Brush for Mermaid Hair!
I have very long curly hair that is abundant but fine and has a tendency to tangle easily. This brush slides through it with ease! Combing through my wet hair after washing it used to take about a half hour of carefully picking through tangles with a wide comb. This brush does the job in minutes with no damage. I usually only wash my hair 2-3 times a week and just wet it down in between days. This will make it so much easier!

Decent brush-not for long thick hair
This brush works okay but the bristles are short and VERY soft and bendy. So if you have thick long hair they will not be tough enough to get through a section in one pass. The shorter 'boar bristles' come off easily and will be on your chest/shoulders and in the sink, just one or two here and there every time you use it, especially when blow drying. I think they're plastic, not boar, I've cleaned up enough of them by now. Because the brush is shaped like a wide, curved paddle, it seems like it wouldn't be convenient for short hair but best for those with thinner hair, medium-long length.

Recommend! But the boar bristles fall out easily.
I have fairly long, curly, dry (very dry) hair. I decided to get this brush due to the rave reviews and similar-looking one advertised on facebook that I kept seeing ( I never buy from FB ). Anyway, this brush is really good! Surprisingly good. I use it to detangle after a shower and I use my normal detangling product and this works really well. I can detangle within 10 minutes. I've used it 2 times so far, and the reason I knocked off a star is I'm losing the boar bristles . I lost 10 individual bristles the first time I used the brush. At this rate it may not last very long. That's the only negative so I knocked off a star.Otherwise, it's really great.UPDATE------------Regarding the falling out of boar bristles, it was really the first one or two times using the brush that the majority fell out. The other times using the brush since, I had zero to one bristle falling out, so it wasn't like 10+ bristles falling out each time I used the brush to detangle my wet hair.

The most impressed with a hair brush I’ve ever been
I normally buy grocery store brushes, and hate myself for it every time. My hair is fine, thick density and definitely has an oily roots/dry ends situation going on, so finding a brush that is good enough to detangled without breaking my hair is difficult. This brush works wonders, and I was impressed even from just one use. The plastic bristles are long enough to get through my hair, and the boar bristles add a lovely shine without making it static. The curved shape of the brush was a little weird to get used to, but the handle is comfortable to hold and I really love how it massages my scalp when I brush. I don’t know how this brush works on wet hair, or for blow drying, but even just for brushing out my hair on a daily basis it is awesome. Definitely worth the money, especially since it’s so easy to clean.

Great brush for multiple hair types.
This brush is very nice. It has a sleek look and is a very pretty golden brown. I love how it is curved because I have a short Bob and it combs my hair down instead of out. I also used this on my biracial daughter, without detangler, and it laid her hair down nicely. It did not pull her hair out or get stuck in her curls. My oldest was impressed as well. She has dry, matted hair and it was easy to get the tangles out with this brush.

good replacement
No matter how expensive a brush is. I ended up throwing it away after a year or two. I have tried to wash hair brushes and honestly I was not very successful. I have tried hand washing, or putting it inside the dish washer. It does not get very clean. I chose this hair brush for a few reasons, it is boar with regular nylon teeth. The gaps in between the rows are big enough that cleaning might be easier. If I can clean this, then I might be able to prolong its life longer. The price is not too bad. All boar bristle hair brush is much more expensive and harder to clean and maintain. So far, I found no problem with this brush. It is easy to get the hairs out.

Love this combo brush
When I saw this brush, I wasn't sure if I was going to love it or hate it. I love it!The brush has a nice ergonomic curve which follows your head shape. The handle is nice. but the brush is great. I really like that it is a mix of boar bristles and plastic. I do wish it had a little more boar bristles, as it feels like there are so few. Boar bristles are so good for your hair to distribute your natural hair oils. The plastic bristles work really well for detangling. I have curly hair and this brush works so nice for detangling and shining my hair.I wish they had more boar bristles, I think a bit more boar bristles and this brush would be a 10.You cant go wrong buying this brush.

No more knots
Love this brush! A bit pricey but well worth it for my daughters hair. Hair time is not our most favourite time of the day but with this brush there are no more knots and no head pulling and my daughter loves that. It’s quite big but very good. Glides through her hair without any tugging.

Excellent for knots!
The BEST hairbrush I have bought to sort out my daughters incredibly long and permanently tangled hair. I have tried pretty much every brush going and now I can end my search. It doesn’t hurt, makes fast work of the worst knots and she doesn’t wince at the sight of it.

Simply the best brush ever!!
I have tried several different hairbrushes on the market with an attempt to deal with my 9 year old Granddaughter's past waist length hair and I was recommended this one as I was beginning to dread tackling the job! I bought this and when she came to stay today, gently started brushing - went straight through, no pulling, no having to hold her hair, no screeching, no having to cut out the impossible bits. She never even moved!! Done in less than a minute - it is sooooo good. Afterwards she said "You have to do a review on that Neskee, it's amazing!". So here I am. I promise you, it's a game changer.

It actually works!
This brush is brilliant!!My 9 year old daughter has very long hair, and although she will have her hair brushed, it does hurt her when it’s knotty.I bought this as a little extra birthday present for her, and I wasn’t expecting anything from it.It really works!! It pulls a lot lot less than a normal brush, and it doesn’t hurt her at all when I brush her hair. I’m honestly shocked. In addition to that, the curve of it hugs your head when you brush, and it feels so good, almost like a scalp massage. My daughter did have a small patch of dry skin on her scalp, and since using this brush it seems to have gone. I’m guessing the longer bristles are exfoliating her scalp. My 11 year old son even uses it now because he likes the feel of it on his head... and I don’t think he’s ever voluntarily brushed his hair before.
