Great shoes, not great customer support.
These shoes are super cute. I purchased them for my niece who was my flower girl. At 2 1/2 and already very girly, she absolutely loved them. Unfortunately her foot grew 2 sizes the month before my wedding and she could no longer wear them. I communicated this to the seller upon trying to return them as I was aware that in trying to return after my wedding and honeymoon, the return was late. I got a standard return not accepted message because I fell outside of their return policy. I'm disappointed that the seller didn't take the time to actually read my circumstances as to why the return was late.I no longer care about the refund, I more wanted everyone to understand that this seller is strict in their return policy with clearly no exceptions made. I will be donating the shoes as I's sure some other little girl will absolutely love them.
