Appears to be recycled
Received what appears to be a recycled, not new, card as the label is scratched and dirty - this is not clear from the listing and might explain why some purchasers are reporting locked cards. Can't review functionality as it will not fit my PC motherboard due to the screening cans on the bottom of the modem.

The item is locked, and no simple way to unlock it
The modem was visible to my system, but the modem is locked. I returned it, and then bought another MC7700 that claimed to be unlocked, and that works fine.

Not UK spec
Do no buy this if you want to use it in the UK, not UK 4G spec, uses wrong frequency bands.

Ist irgend ein Ersatzteil für eine Gansbestimmte Laptop Serie, kann ohne entsprechende Treiber nicht verwendet werden. Hab auch noch keine Treiber gefunden die Funktionieren, nicht einmal beim Hersteller Persönlich.

La scheda funziona, ma con mia bruttissima sorpresa è arrivata "bloccata" su un operatore estero, per farla funzionare con Iliad ho davuto trovare un sito a pagamento dove togliessero il blocco... 10€... venditore pessimo.

Die Karte ist gesperrt und dadurch unbrauchbar. Es wird leider nicht erklaert, woher diese Sperre kommt und wie man sie beseitigen kann. Auch wenn man sie an einen USB-Adapter anschliesst, bleibt das Problem bestehen. Fuer Linux sind QMI-Karten wie diese nicht besonders gut geeignet, und fuer ThinkPads sollte man besser die Finger davon lassen, auch wenn die Bilder die Unterstuetzung verschiedener Modelle anpreisen. Meine Karte war auch nicht ohne Kratzer. Ich frage mich, ob dieses Produkt wirklich neu ist oder die Verpackung das nur vortaeuscht.
