First off, I wasn't expecting all of the effects that have come with taking this. Increased energy, greatly sex drive, better sleep, and better mood have been a few noticeable differences. I haven't had to give this time to build up, it just works.Now for the bad. I would not recommend following the dosing instructions. I tried taking just one teaspoon of this with water, orange juice, apple juice, and even smoothies. It simply tastes awful. For me my throat burns and I feel nauseated for a while after taking it. I also have had daily diarrhea when I have more than a teaspoon of this. The only way I've found it to be palatable is to put a teaspoon in a green smoothie with several huge dollops of peanut butter added.Do I recommend this powder? Absolutely, but consider yourself warned about the taste and side effects.

I have had other moringa brands and have never had an issue until this one. At first I thought it was something I ate the might before that made me nauseous. I did the recommended teaspoon the first day and felt nauseous. It passed. I did it again 2 days later and had the same symptoms but a little diarrhea. I tried once more 2 days later and experienced vomiting and diarrhea. I don't recommend this brand!

Bought this product twice. The first package I received was a vibrant green and was properly dried. Worked very well for making pills as this is our preferred way to consume moringa. The second bag I purchased was extremely light in color (Looks as if it was sun dried) and had was to much moisture in the powder to be able to use it. It is due to these inconsistency's that we will no longer purchase this brands products. Moringa should never be dried in the sun as it destroys nutrients in the plant and when it is not dried all the way before making it into a powder you run the risk of mold developing in your finished product. We take moringa for its health benefits as it truly is a wonderful healing and beneficial plant. I would advise this company to standardize their operations and make a consistent quality product before they make someone sick from ingesting moldy moringa..In summary: Moringa is awesome..this company version of moringa is not.

I love that it's high in so many nutrients but if taken too much it causes diarrhea. I started with 1 tbls (that's the serving size recommended) and in three days I had a very embarrassing accident, thank God I was at my mom's and not in public! I new the only thing new in my diet was this powder. I researched and found that a side effect is diarrhea. This website suggested you start with a 1/2tsp till your body adjusts. I took it down to 1tsp and still experienced loose stool. I took it down to 1/2tsp and things normalized. But I discovered that when I do periodic long term fasting, even at 1/2tsp I had the same diarrhea and I wasn't eating anything just drinking kale water with this powder. Now I only take it when i'm eating not fasting and I only do 1/2 teaspoon. Things are better!

I love Moringa. I drink a glass of the tea every morning

It will take a while for me to evaluate if this has any effects on my health but I can at least say that the product seems fresh, no strong tastes or odors. Price is fair as well.
