Outstanding tool.
Professional quality, excellent design, very solid and sturdy and works great. For anyone with St. Augustinegrass in the South and a sprinkler system this is a great labor-saving maintenance tool.

Cutting head kepts falling off.
The sprinkler donuts continue to get wedged into the cutting head, need bigger size. The other problem is the set screw to hold the cutting head to the drill shaft keeps lossening and the cutting head falls off. I quit after trying two donuts and went back to my manual cutter. I am requesting to return it.

Easy to assemble if you have had experience with hole saws.
This is simply a hole saw on an extension. Not having had prior experience with large diameter hole saws. I had some difficulty assembling it. The directions were limited. One night while trying to fall asleep, I had the "well duh" moment of a visualization of how it worked and the next day was able to easily assemble it. Deduct one star for the limited directions, but the parts seem well made and durable. There is a slight amount of play on the cutter head when assembled. Possibly the addition of an acorn nut on the projecting threads in the cutter head might eliminate this play and make the cutter head completely tight.I tried to got to the Keyfit.com web site for additional directions in case I was missing something obvious; however, that site has been hacked to have a Web Attack: Rig Exploit Kit Redirection 13 as per a Norton 360 warning. So far worse than no help there. The concept of this powered 6" grass cutter is great, but it may be too big for my Toro 300 stream rotor heads which are a maximum of 3" in diameter. A 6" ring might be a great hole starter when you are trying to dig up a Toro head. I've been thinking that a 5" cutter might be a more ideal size for routine grass trim back.. I believe that a 5" hole cutter blade could be purchased at extra expense and attached to the arbor. Buy American products, not Chinese.Edit: The 5" cutter worked perfectly on my Toro heads

Nice saw but not deep enough
The product is solid enough it just isn’t deep enough. The saw arbor hits the top of the sprinkler head before cutting the grass around the doughnut.

Tool is sturdy well made spent less than give minutes per head

Size of cutter
Make sure you measure the base of the donut ring. It is larger on the base than the top. I bought a 6” cutter and it doesn’t get away from the donut.

Great
Does exactly what I want it to do

Not for St. Augistine grass
Blades should be bigger for Florida grass. Cuts very slowly and needs to be deeper in depth. Used a very strong Dewalt electric drill.
