Very good product easy to assemble, quality very good.

Pedal very tight and requested for return.App shows the request approved but no one came or call for pickup productit is more than 2 week and i feel bad impact on Amazon

About product I can say only about appearance. It looks good and strong but one rubber supporter is damaged received.Most disgusting thing is spanner given with Cycle by which I have spent lot of time and finall good assamble seating part and back supporter.Spanner is very poor quality given and bolt are not regular size.

Highly disappointed by Bionfit in terms of getting the equipment installed. It's been 5days and no one has come to install the equipment. They have a return policy of 10days and what if the stuff is installed 9th Day or 10th day and if there is any damage or anything, then the Co. will simply state that the return days has already passed. The contact person from Bionfit states that today and then tomorrow will receive the call from the installation team but haven't heard anything yet.

Goof quality product and useful,

Simple and small cycle for home needs. Seat is a bit narrow in case you are a bit fat on your lower side. But using an add on seat cushion cover this can be sorted. Handle has a cushion grip but that has got cut and I am trying to use some cycle handle grip. Would appreciate if manufacturer could improve this or give a few extra as spare. The front round rotating table if folded it does not lock as the lock pin holes do not match. My need of cycling from home 30min a day is adequately met and my wife and daughter have also started using it.
