Accelerates like a rocket
Have had mine for a few weeks, ran it about 5 times. Crazy fast. At least 40mph out the box. Accelerates like a rocket. Crashed it doing about 25 mph and only scraped it. No serious damage. This thing is very solid and fast. Absolutely worth more than the price.

You wanted this thing 4 years ago, but not anymore...
Fun truggy with decent 4s speed, but as of early 2019 it is outdated. The hardware is overwhelmingly phillips, which is just stupid. The vehicle has essentially zero front bumper, which seriously calls its bashing reliability into question. Also, the near $200+ dollar price range makes the vehicle very appealing initially, but the truth is that in 2019 you can do way better for under $250. Not a bad vehicle that is fun to drive and shows decent speed. If it was 2014 or earlier, I would highly recommend it. In today's 2019 rc truck 1/8 scale world, this vehicle is a washed up dinosaur. You think you really want this thing but trust me, you don't. Its basic and cheap compared to today's vehicles and it has too many frustration points built into it.

Worth buying yes
I bought the Basher Sabertooth a couple months ago mine arrived damaged I contacted HobbyKing and got nothing but a hard time I was told I could ship it back at my cost plus restocking fee which is ridiculous any way I made repairs myself and for the price it's a good rc all parts you have to order from HobbyKing which cost 20 dollars for shipping but parts are really cheap for it I would have given it 5 stars but it arrived damaged and HobbyKing is the worst to deal with but for the money it's still worth buying you really can't even buy a rolling chassis for the price and it's been very durable other the hitting a tree at 45mph which would break any rc you can see a review of it on YouTube on Aussie rc ok happy bashing
