This is very sturdy and so easy to assemble and install. I have one with "feet" that can't be adjusted to the right height and a strap which is a hassle when I want to turn the mattress, so this is a much better choice!

A well made assist bar that is easy to assemble and adjust, easy to install and relocate (as needed), very sturdy. It provides solid support of getting in/out of bed. Highly recommended.

This is a very good option for a person who needs a place to push on when trying to get in or out of bed. It has a wide stability base that inserts easily under the mattress. It is very easy, fast assembly and very affordable. Great purchase!

Bought for husband whose Parkinson's causes frequent falling. This aid fits between mattresses and helps him steady himself when getting in and out of bed. Added bonus...the double bar prevents him from falling out of bed. Only drawback is it prevents the sheet and quilt/comforter from hanging straight. It bunches up a bit. I'm glad I purchased this item. It has been immensely helpful. Highly recommend.

I would have preferred the railing to be a bit wider. I don't see why it was narrowed down to just 12 inches. The under bars could be longer as well. If I pull hard on the rail to get up, as I sometimes need to, it pulls up the mattress. However, all things considered, I am glad I have it. I could not use one of the ones that have floor posts on them since I have drawers on the underside of the bed frame.

Product works exactly as it should. Purchased the first one a year ago when a family member fell off the bed and then two more this year. At first, he didn't want it because he thought it meant he was getting frail, which he was. It was scary when I heard crash on the floor. So I bought it hoping he would like it. He liked it so much he asked me to purchase another to be placed on the same side of the bed, one at the front and one further back, same side. He really likes the soft foam-like material. Then he fell off the other side of the bed, so I purchased another for that side. Now I have one for the sofa as well. My advice: do not wait for someone to fall off the bed to get this product.
