Worth it 100%
The media could not be loaded. 1st off I'll say yes it is cheap plastic. And feels like something from dollar general, I also had to cut the nose piece off for it was so small it's better w/o. But I must say the auto dim is pretty fantastic. It's so fast at detecting light and switching I can tell I was looking at the welders arc. 100% I will buy again and prob just mount the main part in old snowboarding goggles or something.

Not for everyone
Don't like the fit on my nose.Not good for people that wear glasses.I hardly do any welding so these are fine for now. Works great doing the auto darkning.I'll buy the goggles next time

Would not recommend
They don’t protect your eyes or your face. My husband thought these would make it easier on him in the summer when welding. Ended up in the ER with his eyes burnt and welding burn on his face. Lesson learned. Just buy a helmet.

Just buy the helmet. These aren't worth it
No way these actually for on on a human face. At least the auto darkening shield works, swapped it into a fixed shade welding helmet so at least it worked out alright
