Very tasty. Fits well into keto diet with only 1 gm sugar and 3g net carbs. Fulfilling so great snack to curb appetite. And satisfying in crunch factor.

These are some of the best low sugar gluten free bars I’ve found. Not super filling but they buy you like an hour when you’re on the go. It’s like getting to eat a pretty healthy candy bar.

This is a wonderful snack that indulges your sweet tooth without so much sugar. I am sure to order more.

reviews Munk Pack bars are my favorite granola bars! I am both plant-based and insulin resistant, so these bars are great for me to keep around and in my pantry. I find a lot of protein bars to be gross and chalky. However, these are more of a granola bar with a bit of a protein boost. They have a nice balance of salty and sweet due to the nuts and chocolate combo. I truly appreciate and enjoy that these bars are not too hard to chew. They aren’t crunchy despite being a nut and seed bar. The one downside and why I am only giving four stars is that I wish there was more of a flavor variety in this pack. The flavors I too similar, in my opinion.

The Munk Pack bars are surprisingly delicious and filling. With only 150 calories, 5 grams of fiber and 5 grams of protein they are a healthy snack.

Great flavor and basically no sugar (1g), these bars are the very best I’ve tried as a snack bar. The taste is awesome and there’s zero feeling of lack or compromise. I’m shocked there’s nothing else out there that can touch these. After my local store stopped carrying them, I found them on Amazon and am basically hooked on em. Been enjoying them for about 2-3 years. Definitely recommended.

Great taste, great ingredients, low sugar

Most low carb snack bars don’t taste very good and have an off flavor. These are very good and even my wife likes them which says a lot.
