These work as they should. the price is a bit high but other than that, I recommend buying unless you can find them cheaper.

I love these for planting seeds and transferring into pellet pots for an aeroponic system. The 1 1/2 inch ones seemed to be big enough for giving the roots a chance to grow and small enough to put in my coco pellet pots. Love them and will be ordering more.

I am just starting to experiment with hydroponics and this was my first experience with rock wool. These little cubes are much easier to use than I expected. It was a good price for what I considered a good size for my needs and I'm pleased with how well it's working out. I recommend this to anyone starting out as it's a small investment but with so much potential.

An excellent product at a great price. Works well for cuttings and germination. The only problem was my own fault. I figured a 1.5” cube would fit in a 2” net pot. I forgot that the pots start at 2” and taper inward considerably. If you plan to put these in net pots get 3” pots.

I started both cuttings & seeds in these cubes. Everything flourished & now are planted in my garden. You soak the cubes, insert cutting & I left the wrapping on until I was ready to transplant. The wrapping slipped right off.

These blocks came exactly as advertised. They are individually wrapped and all have holes conveniently placed in the center for seed placement. I currently have 8 different herbs that have germinated and grown thriving root systems for a hydroponic garden. These rockwool cubes are a must have for anybody with a green thumb. Side note: be sure to wear latex gloves when handling, as rockwool consists of tiny particles that can be irritants to the eyes, nose, throat, etc..

Didn't read carefully. Your not really saving money on this. You only get half of typical block order. You save more buying from local garden/hydro store. They appear to be repackaged grodans.
