This item was far better than expected. The main pouch is quite large, and it has a separate sleeve for an ID or other type of card. The elastic loops are a good size to hold gels securely to free up room in the main pouch. The mechanics of the zipper are nicely done. It's a little plastic bauble attached with a thin nylon chord. Overall masterfully crafted.

I have been running with Amphipod for several years. I have three of these that I use mostly for races. The only issue I have found is the zipper pull broke on one of them as it is just a string and gel pack jam up the zipper. I also safety pin the gel packs to the elastic holders as they have a tendency to slip over the course of a long race.I bought this one for my training and since I travel a lot I wanted it secure to hold my hotel room key. It is washable and durable. It will hold a good bit on the inside. When at hotels I carry my room key and a small body glide stick and have plenty of room if I wanted other stuff.

My android phone in case is 6.5 inches long. Not even close to fitting so I sent it back without a hassle.

This pouch has kept my Samsung Galaxy S5 completely dry during a few outdoor runs in heavy rain. I was definitely nervous about it at first. I just wish that the pouch were a little bigger. I have to take the case off my phone and it only barely squeezes in and takes up all the room.

Good product, just too small for me. It fits my galaxy 4, but it would be a stretch to fit much more.
