Leaky faucet fixed easily.
Product fixed leaking around spout base. This was an easy fix and kept from having to replace wholeFaucet for $100 dollars plus the cost to have plumber install it. Product was good quality and reasonably priced.

Perfect fit for Moen 7400 faucet
There is some confusion as to all the faucet models this kit can service. But I can attest that it is the perfect fit for the Moen 7400 single-handle kitchen faucet. The 7400 requires one small o-ring, as well as the larger o-ring in order to properly seal the spout. An additional small o-ring is included as well. The included silicone grease is excellent quality, and is absolutely necessary when fitting new o-rings. This kit stopped a very annoying leak at the base of the spout. Unfortunately my order was lost while it was in transit, so I ended up purchasing this kit from Home Depot for about the same price. My money was refunded so no worries, it happens from time to time.

O-ring Replacement
These O-rings are made for the Moen kitchen sink faucet which a pull out spray and internal bell shaped vacuum breaker. These O-rings fit perfectly and included some silicone lubricant in the packing.I'll be honest it is a real pain to install these O-rings. You have to remove the spray hose weight, then disconnect the hose from underneath the faucet. This is tricky under the best circumstances. If it is a deep sink, good luck with that. In any case, one you get the hose disconnected then you have to pull it up through the faucet spout. Then you are ready to take the faucet handle off after you remove the really long Allen screw. After the handle is removed then you have to take off the handle adapter, bonnet and several additional parts of the faucet. If this is your first time make sure you take a picture before you attempt this, it will save you some hassle when you go to put it back together. Once hand faucet parts are removed you can take the spout off of the valve body. Now the easy part. Just remove the old O-rings and replace with the new ones which you have lubricated with the silicone. Then the hard part again only in reverse. Hats off to the DIYSers.

Well Worth It
Bought these US made o-rings after cheaper Chinese generic knockoffs from here & locally leaked in the critical faucet spout connection area (much worse than a spout end drip) which caused water to puddle around whole assembly base plate, sink apron & to leak below. The high quality thick plumbing grease, suitable for potable water & included with the o-rings, is very necessary to lessen wear because of the movement of the o-rings side to side as the spout swivels. The included grease is superior to the expensive plumber's grease I had. Most o-rings only have to seal in a stationary position and don't wear as much as degrade. Be careful if the screw-on top cap of the spout connection is very tight. After being unable to loosen with strap wrenches, I used round jaw 12" channellock pliers with masking tape wrapped around the serrated jaws to prevent chrome damage. But I rubbed against the angled spout fairly lightly with a bare metal edge of the pliers which caused a pin hole leak. Had to plug it with clear epoxy & it's a constant eyesore to me because it's on top, albeit small. The extruded or drawn faucet metal is surprisingly thin gauge at the area of connection to the round base section. No need to over tighten top cap beyond what you can do by hand with a grippy rubber fabric square used to undo tight jar caps. Cap tightness isn't a factor in leaks & should be tightened more only to prevent sloppiness & excessive wear. I did brush Teflon paste on the cap threads to prevent corrosion & future tough removal.

Kept an older sink usable a little longer
We have a Moen Caldwell old-school stainless steel kitchen sink. It is almost time to replace but as part of a bigger kitchen upgrade that's not quite ready. When the faucet began leaking more and more around the base, I wasnt ready to replace, had to repair - my preferred strategy in most areas but plumbing is not a strong suit. However, ancient 20th century plumbing knowledge dimly surfaced, unbidden, the magic words: "O-rings". Some searching of the mfg web site and one Amazon overnight delivery later, here come these babies, and [boringbasic wrenchy stuff] PRESTO! Casting "Arcane Undripment Level 1": success!

Missing Moen Water Faucet Parts
The Moen faucet I purchased did not include one of the O-ring in this kit. It would have taken 5 - 7 days to receive the missing part from Moen. This is the 2nd Moen faucet I have purchased in the last 6 months that was missing a part.
