Nope, it will barely hold my iPhone11 sometimes

It is sturdy, but you are going to get a ton of bounce skiing. Mine was all over the place just cooking.

Q: Can you use this for motorcycling and how secure is it?

Unfortunately this set up is not great for fast movements or four motorcycling. We do have an alternative set up under our action mount brand that is better for motorcycling similar to sports camera mounting systems. Search action mount chest harness in our store and likely find this item. Thanks

Q: Is there an extension longer than 14 inches? I want to use this for reading and selfies on iphone XR

The long extension is not included, but you can extend this by attaching two gooseneck parts together. They easily clip together to form a longer part. You could purchase another gooseneck separately, or purchase 2 of these harness setups and join parts from the 2 sets. Thanks
