I am using this chair in my bedroom for console and computer gaming (I need to find a table that will work better for the keyboa
Let's take a moment to address why you should consider this chair and the concerns that have come up in other reviews. I will section them off and be as brief as I can.First off, note that this review was written 7/26, the day I received the unit. I intend to update this after the honeymoon phase, since things can change as you use the product.About me: I am 36, 5'10", and ~220 pounds. I am using this chair in my bedroom for console and computer gaming (I need to find a table that will work better for the keyboard/mouse usage). I also use it to watch TV, for guests, and to crochet because I am awesome like that.SHIPPING: Ordered two days ago. It was sitting outside my door all day today unbeknownst to me because I was expecting it next week. Good job!EASE OF USE: Pull out of box. Remove bag. Use. Easy.COMFORT: At this point, no complaints. Feels sturdy. Pad is thick. I can sit cross-legged as I prefer, and the chair lets me. I don't think this pad will remain this firm going forward, but for now, no complaints.ROCKING: No the chair doesn't rock like grandma's old wooden rocker. But--whether by design or flaw (I assume design)--the chair has rocking mobility so over-active people like me who have to move constantly can at least get that out of our system. It does not rock far, but it does allow for that movement. Whether or not you're happy with that is based on your needs.SWIVEL: A little stiff, but works. No complaints.FEEL: Seems very sturdy and eager to please. Dare I say for seventy bucks, you're getting a pretty solid deal.RECLINE: The chair has 4 settings, each about a few inches from the next. To recline, the chair has to be folded down to reset the mechanism, then you push back all the way and it will click in place. Pull forward a little and it clicks into the next position, and so on.The recline is the chair's downfall. It's not much of a recline, but I didn't buy this chair to lay out like it was a lazy boy. HOWEVER: it likes to slip from 1st to 2nd setting pretty often, and the only way to reset the recline is to lean forward, pull the back with you, and push back and start over. That sucks, to be honest. But for the price and what you're getting over all, it's not worth complaining about. Position 2 and 3 are the ones you'll likely use most. Position 4 is for contortionists.OVERALL: If you're in need of an expensive gaming-type ground chair with some rock and swivel and recline, you simply cannot go wrong here. It's nice enough to deserve your dollar; cheap enough to not cry over if it doesn't last more than a year or two. This is not a chair for feng shui unless you're looking for a sherbet orange color. It's not a chair for people with bad knees. It's not a chair for people who need more than what it has to offer: some comfort, back support, and the ability to sit low to the ground. It also has nice portability should you require that.Hands down, this chair is worth the investment. I will update this review next month after I've had a chance to see it more in action. But I can tell you right now my #1 problem is going to be trying to type on a coffee table that doesn't go over my legs, so I have to sit in a really awkward position. If I were to be sitting back playing my PS4, or doing other things in this chair of similar nature, I see its value totally.

Better than I anticipated! Perfect fit for my back and space.
I bought this floor chair to provide extra, portable when needed, seating for my living room for movie nights. Luckily there is a lot of burgundy in the room already, so the reddish orange color is a decent fit. I am 5' 5" and the top of the chair is about an 1" higher than my head when I'm sitting so I feel well-cushioned from head to toe. There is even enough room on the seat to sit cross-legged when I feel like changing seating positions. Because of the curved shape, it contours to my back and neck and gives me support I need to sit on the floor between my fireplace and coffee table.I keep it in front of our fireplace and the swivel works well when tending the fire or turning to join a conversation. All in all, this was a sound investment and exactly what I was looking for because we don't have enough seating for the whole family on the couch when they visit and we can put it away when we don't have as many guests. The chair has a bouncy rock to it and is a squishy but firm, thick foam. When I placed the order, the seat was on back order so it took a few weeks to get here, but it was ultimately worth the wait as I want for nothing else when I'm sitting in it.

Perfect game room addition
We bought these for our game room. Most of the gaming chairs we looked at were way too garish. We wanted something that didn't look like it was designed by a Mtn Dew fueled teenager. I'm 5'11" and find the chair to be quite comfortable.

Comfortable chair and perfect for our game room
This chair is exactly what I expected. The reclining mechanism is similar to that of an outdoor folding lounging chaise - it needs to be brought fully forward and back again to reset and then the ratcheting mechanism will hold it in progressively forward positions. The chair does not have a rocking feature per se, but the small base and low position allow gamers to tip back or forward during exuberant game play. Otherwise it is a stable and comfortable seat. The cushioning is sufficiently thick and of medium firmness. Unlike some other gaming rockers and beanbags I've tried, I do not feel excessively sweaty after use due to vinyl upholstery or non-breathable foam. The height of the back is sufficient for my average adult male height but taller folks may not be able to rest their heads on the back. My children also find the seat comfotable. The chair is fairly lightweight and tips fairly easily when not occupied. I like the folding feature as we occasionally move the chairs to use the Xbox Kinect, and while they don't fold perfectly flat, it's enough that I can stack one on top of the other in an out-of-the-way corner. My only complaint is that I'd have preferred a different color, but the color I got matches the photos in the product description so there were no surprises.

Great chair / great price.
I'm 6'4" and was looking for a high back floor chair. This is it! Great product fair price, awesome with a 2 year old and infant. Puts you right down there with them. VERY comfortable.

Can I give this more than 5 stars?
So I wanted a chair I could sit in front of my TV while I played my console games (I still like to sit right in front of my TV like I'm 8 years old again playing my N64 haha) and I found this gem on Amazon. This chair is comfortable, beautiful, and it reclines!!! Well worth the money, its extremely well made. 10/10 would buy again.

My son loves it!
My son loves this chair! Even if he is not playing his video games, he just sits in the chair and spins. It reclines and spins! Very comfortable. The fabric is soft and good quality. I saw the same chair, different brand on Costco website for $159.99 but the orange color was sold out. I am so glad that I checked Amazon for game chair. And got it for cheaper. I bought 2 big fuf chairs (like bean bad chair) on Amazon last year but these chairs take so much room, and it was almost the same price. I wish that I saw this chair first. This video rocker chair barely takes any room. I think that I will be buying another one soon ;) for my other son. Definitely recommend the product. High quality, doesn’t take much of the room, and not that heavy at all.
