It's great, but a bit pricey!
It's great, the only snag is the price. Better use it only for drinks to make it last longer as it only weighs 500g/a pound, so if you were to use it for cakes, in only 3 or 4 uses, it would be gone. Having said that, I have used only 2 tablespoons with a small tin of evaporated milk and a sliver of butter in a saucepan over slow fire to make caramels and simmered this concoction for 20 min-half an hour, then poured it in moulds and it came out right, with the right level of sweetness. Oh, I also used a pinch of salt. Next time, I think I'll use a large tin and only three tablespoons sweetener and maybe a teaspoon of cocoa powder. This probably doesn't matter, but I also like the pastel colours on the package:) Great product, hope it comes down in price, though.

This stuff really tastes like sugar
Don't do reviews normally, but this stuff REALLY does taste like sugar!! No bitter aftertaste, no scum on top of your brew! I've tasted quite a few "Sweeteners" and they all fall in to comparison. Its just a shame that its sooo expensive!! Why cant we mas produce this and rid the world of sugar. It would have dramatic benefits for world health. If you need to get off sugar because of health reason etc. Try this you will not be disappointed.

Really pricey. But really good.
For diabetics, this is absolutely magic stuff. You pay an arm and a leg for the magic, because it’s really really pricey. But … it really does taste like sugar. It’s not a polyol, so it has neither the same cooling effect nor Gut Issues. It doesn’t have that perfectly vile back of the throat aftertaste tingle that erythritol gives me. (I really can’t understand why erythritol is so popular.) Bocha Sweet makes real, no-compromise ice cream in taste and texture … something i’ve been trying to accomplish without sugar for years. I may go to debtor’s prison soon enough. But I am sold.

Sugar Rush
This is a great sugar replacement and I’ve used it to bake and in hot drinks. It’s the same sweetness as sugar. But it is eye watering expensive so now if I bake I use half the amount and top it up with Erythritol.

Tastes just like sugar!
This stuff is amazing- it is expensive so I have been using in drinks as I think it will last longer that way. But I challenge you to taste the difference to sugar. I usually use monk fruit sweetener as I really dislike the nasty after taste you usually get with artificial sweeteners. This stuff is even better. Definitely good for drinks and cereal and I think if you were doing some special baking this would be excellent. I wish it were less expensive, but to me it tastes just like sugar. I can enjoy a cup of tea again!!

Excellent natural sweetener
I have been using Bochasweet as my go-to keto-sugar substitute for quite some time now. Unfortunately, I recently found out that the company had to discontinue sales in the UK due to rising import taxes, which is disappointing news, as this is not the first product to disappear from our store shelves for this reason in the last few years.

So far so good, and update
First off it does taste most like sugar of all the sweeteners I've tried so far, now the other claims; It does have a minor cooling effect if you put it on your tongue by itself, though it hasn't produced the cooling effect in hot tea (British tea with milk, not ice tea or flavoured tea). Not a 1 to 1 ratio for sweetness it is less sweet than sugar. No aftertaste claim is thus far mostly true, it's a very very mild aftertaste and less sensitive palettes may not taste it at all (I haven't baked with it yet, will update when I have),It is very costly compared to other sweeteners,Need to wait to see if I am one of those unlucky folks to have GI upset or headaches from it and will also be testing my ketone levels later and will update accordingly. *Updates! large amounts will kick you out of ketosis small amounts won't, doesn't bake as well as other sugar replacements, no GI issues for anyone in our household.Basically I don't trust the claims and the science seems iffy (for example if it is used as energy as the pack claims then it can't be keto which the pack also claims it is, so at least one of those claims is for sure false) so I felt the need to be a guinea pig I'll let you know how it turns out 🤞

Great tasting sugar substitute
Great taste - used for tea and coffee. No horrible aftertaste or headache. Closest tasting to sugar I have ever tried. Quite expensive but I guess it's worth it for the quality.
